Have you ever met her? Come on guys, most of the victims of electronic harassment have had their fair share of run ins with Officer Rae (Dallas) Fernandez over the years now haven't they? I know I was going to jail the second I saw her, didn't you?
If you have spent any time as a victim of this crime in the Palm Springs area, you learn the name of a few cops that aren't exactly on the up and up and Rae was one of Lori's very favorite ones. First of all she's a female, so Lori loved playing that "sister friend" game with her. Beyond that, Rae is or was, an officer that knew way more than she should and Lori talked way more about her than she ever knew. Pretending to be this woman, Lori copies the mannerisms, voice and acts like she is the same person as the cop while on the phone. Whoever Rae was friends with at the courthouse in Indio, instantly became "Lori's best friend". I have no doubt in my mind that this lady cop had no idea how much she was being used. Now I can sympathize with her because Lori once destroyed my career too without me knowing.
Rookie cops and Rae seem to be a theme when it comes to the police officers that end up implanted and on the receiving end of Lori's police contacts. Lori acts like she has been a part of the PSPD for thirty years and deserves all of the benefits of being a police officer. If that is not bad enough, she tells these officers lies about this technology. In her latest attempts, Lori, who must live somewhere near some of these people, started contacting public security officers at the Tortoise Rock Casion where I live. They started to harass me, so I filed a complaint about them spelling out the illegality of using remote neural monitoring while they were at work in the casino. It's true, Lori managed to have some of these guys implanted too. The complaint I filed was with the tribe in 29 Palms, but the truth of the matter is that Lori must be living somewhere near these men.
Once I filed that complaint, the guys let up at the casino. They know that I am an informant and that I worked for the U.S. Department of Justice. I am no dummy.
Were these men former employees for the PSPD in training or were they contacted to harass me while I was working on this case?
One of Rae's worst cops that is still working at the PSPD is Nick Andre, but there are many others. Nick, allegedly, was trained by Rae to work with Lori or in some kind of illegal capacity. He sits outside of people's homes and uses the illegally obtained information to have someone arrested. If they aren't doing anything Brian or Lori will put drugs in the victim's car and have the cop ready to arrest them.
What Rae should know is how many times Lori has used her. Used her name, email, phone number to create more problems for the victims of this crime than she ever knew. I guess Officer Fernandez' biggest problem is trusting Lori for any kind of information. We even have the "COPS" television show transcripts where Lori sets up a bust and then Rae acts it out. Lori can be heard telling Rae Fernandez that they are "the best team". This isn't what police work is about. Cops do not need to listen to a known drug dealer/rapist telling them all the information about another person. First of all, Lori lies. Most of the shit she's told police about me is so fucking far off base that if they knew me, they would think about how stupid it was to have arrested me under the circumstances that they did. Took me to jail naked once without anyone pressing charges...on private property.
Lori has called in "favors" as Rae Fernandez...and I'm sure that Rae has been asked a hundred times or more to do something to me about this blog. There really isn't anything that she can do and I wouldn't want anyone to do anything to her except ask her questions about her "relationship with Lori". Remember, Lori, in court paperwork, says that she doesn't know a single cop except Bryan Anderson...I'll bet that makes some police officers a bit nervous.
Also, Lori has some kind of rumor going around that Officer Fernandez' father hand selects these candidates, "rookies", for this remote neural cop program...out of the academy? I don't know how much Rae Fernandez has to do with this whole thing, because, let's remember, Lori watches everything she thinks about too. I can imagine it is a whole lot like being a fireman putting out wastepaper basket fires all over their department. Since Rae is Lori's favorite (and almost any female cop would be), Lori has used this person then tossed her career to the side. It takes a lot of work to become a cop, I know what it feels like to be Rae Fernandez, to a point. You never get over the girl that destroyed your career with lies.
