As if the PSPD hasn't burned the Nichols' family enough, now the police have to deal with Laurie butting her big fat nose in again. Pretending to be Mindy Nichols from a made up email account on a network used by everyone from Sharon Mendenhall to Brian Johnson (donthatelisalovelisa)...now I am receiving emails from someone pretending to be the plaintiff in the federal case of Nichols vs. City of Palm Springs.
What one really needs to ask is what is the connection between the Nichols' case, our informant case, Brian Johnson and Sharon Mendenhall. Is it Rae Fernandez? Is it Laurie "Johnson"? Or is it a combination of both?
Whether the Nichols were selling or buying meth in the case against the PSPD, the point is that these officers put these informants in danger...then took everything they had after stripping them of their lives...there was and is no protection.
