I want to ask the police something and see how they feel about this...
How many times have you heard Laurie talk to you about facebook? I know I've received endless emails that I think are from her that talk about Ken Frank's facebook page, Steven Frey's facebook page and especially Anthony Dabiere's two facebook pages as "himself" and "Mrs. Hello". I've seen facebook pages for Mark Finley, Chuck Cheeld, Alice Mendenhall, Sharon Mendenhall, Alicia Elmore and others, but one person still has yet to put her FACE on facebook. Laurie.
When you have played the "identity thief" role and told countless people that your name is "Jessica" or "Sheree Frey" or "Victoria" there is one major problem with putting your face on a facebook page. It's YOU. Now I have seen this person's picture on other facebook pages, but in very odd circumstances. One time I saw Marc LeDrew commenting on a friend of mine's facebook page telling Laurie, "you look so beautiful with you dark brown hair"...funny, he didn't really say anything to the page owner...just, "hi". The picture was from Sedona, Arizona...and was quickly removed.
One thing that needs to be mentioned here is this. Facebook is a place where old friends connect and make new friends...it is a perfect place for a high school stalker to go and pretend to be someone else, then syphon information about their lives that they can use to hurt someone else. I can tell you this. When I posted the "looking for Laurie, I hear she's a lesbian" comment on my original facebook page...it was seconds before I got her response...and it was almost immediate. Did any police officers get contacted about that? I cancelled that account when I got her reaction...remember I was trying to find her to eliminate her as "Lisa", but that couldn't be accomplished when her reaction was so severe.
Laurie will claim that she doesn't want a facebook page because people would think she's a lesbian because of me...that's not really the way our little Laurie handles things now is it? She's an attacker...she's a loud mouth....and the reason that I think she doesn't want a facebook page is because it would simply show her face. Making Laurie, Laurie, first and last name. It would have to show her employment, her kids, her husband...blah, blah, blah. Now, if you weren't trying to hide something, and you were so IN to facebook, why not go on the offensive like she usually does?
I think it has it's roots in the identity thief aspect of this crime.
How many gay men would file a report against Jessica? Against the person they were told was Sheree Frey? Or Victoria? Or Vicky Rabb? If they only knew who she really was. How many men did this anyway, but they used the wrong name?
Someone once posted on my blog..."say ur name, show ur face"...as if I was hiding something. So I did. The person that posted that comment certainly knew something about hiding their identity...
Hear me out on this. You all know that restraining order for "workplace violence" that I told you about? What if the scenario was this...what if the City of La Quinta had an employee with the first and last name of Laurie LaTweek? (probably not the same middle name...there is no middle name on the restraining order...but Laurie LaTweek certainly DOES have one)
If Laurie LaTweek assumed the career of the City of La Quinta's employee and used her job to secure an attorney that perhaps PSPD officers had used before...then wouldn't Laurie LaTweek have committed the crime of "identity theft"? This would also take some serious work on Laurie LaTweek's behalf. Dare I suggest that Laurie would have to have stalked the employee's career to find out about where she worked, whom she worked for...and so on?
The employee, from what I understand, DOES have a facebook page and other social networking stuff...I haven't really looked into it because I don't want to frighten her...but the other Laurie DOES NOT. Why? Putting a face to her facebook, would identify her to others...and that's not a good idea when you have, allegedly, committed identity theft. When you look at the affidavits and statements in that restraining order, you can clearly see that I know the City of La Quinta's petitioner...but when I looked at her picture, I had no idea whom she was.
I certainly did not know where Laurie LaTweek was working at the time of my facebook questioning and I did look for her account...not seeing one, I asked the question...no harm intended. That brought a rainstorm of controversy.
Jonathan Mendenhall would laugh at the thought of the Laurie having that kind of a job...and clearly he didn't tell me that because he knew she didn't work there. Would Bryan Anderson say that she worked there? How could there even be a warrant if she didn't? Certainly my cop friend that thought she was "married to Bryan" would assume that Bryan Anderson would know? Furthermore, wouldn't all of the implanted police officers know if she worked there? From what Jonathan told me and my own experience, she is always available to the police at any time of the night or day. That would definitely eliminate her...
To be fair, I would assume that the PSPD, Riverside District Attorney and M. Katherine Jensen Esq. would have done a thorough job of investigating this "crime" but seriously, I know they didn't. I know I never knew where she worked, so there is NO WAY they did a good job. The Riverside District Attorney never even notified me that there was a warrant...I found it on my own...like a timebomb waiting for Nick Andre or someone else to arrest me for. "Workplace Violence" to Nick would mean an instant trip to jail...he's not really all that smart.
Certainly our "Lisa" is a name gamer....look at all the nick names for "Sheree Frey". I know that she used many others too. Jessica, Victoria, Vick, Vicky, Lisa, Sheree and so many others...using someone else's name is what we are looking for...just saying.
I am wondering just how many times did the City of La Quinta's employee interview in person with someone. Shouldn't the City's Manager have gotten involved and if he did, what was he thinking??? There is NO EVIDENCE from that city or anywhere else...the "recorded conversation" doesn't even play. It's all done over the phone...and phoning it in, as Christopher will tell you...is another way that "Lisa" puts you in jail.
Why is the telephone being used this way? There is no verification? It's anonymous...and it is a great way to bull dyke weak people into getting what you want. "I NEED TO SPEAK TO YOUR SUPERVISOR"...COME ON! I know that the Laurie that Jonathan told me was "Lisa" IS LIKE THIS...100%...no doubt!!! She's done it to me before.
How many cops have experienced this one???
How does a stalking victim fight against an aggressive passive aggresive stalker with an attorney? You take your time and present evidence. The facts are this...the court made a ruling when the federal court had the matter stayed...a fact. The attorney knew this matter was stayed in a timely manner and she let it stand...a fact. The attorney also knew that it wasn't a crime that was committed or she would have pursued it...a fact. The assistant district attorney never notified me of this warrant...a fact. There was no hearing that I was made aware of...a fact. Jonathan Mendenhall would have told the court that this person was stalking me...a fact. Now he is online dead...a fact. I think it is there...I just think we aren't pursuing it the way we should police officers. Why?
Normally when Lt. Reyass has been lied to or sees someone has sent an email that wasn't authored by him...he would be on the case faster than Paula Zahn. Why isn't he going after Vicky Rabb, living in a "Fry" apartment? Why isn't he looking into whom sent emails from his email address at the City? Does he really think that I will forget that he, Lt. Reyass, asked me to send him witnesses to child pornography and I sent him THE guy that was approached to market them??? There is no way he sent me an email saying that Anthony was, "in custody" and had "no credible information"...huh? I don't think Lt. Reyass would arrest Laurie if he was in the movie with the kids...for God's sake...what more did this guy need? He obviously neither cares nor has any sympathy for the child victims...and he's the guy that was in charge of my rape investigation???
He actually told me once that I could say anything I wanted about this police department...but then again, he told me he was going to catch my rapist(s) and that I was right on the money...we have that conversation. He's a lieutenant now!?!?!?! Do you actually get promoted for being a dumb ass??? It is Palm Springs afterall.
It's no wonder they've gone through more chiefs than anywhere else...
Folks, I abided by the letter of that restraining order...but I know that Laurie did not...she sent relatives to my work and home to contact me...emails are likely from her...I never contacted nor did I search for her...I am telling you this whole situation is accomplished by a lack of professionalism at that police department...too many phone it ins are allowed.
Christopher and I went in to the PSPD...did our jobs...and did them well...it scared someone...and we got in trouble. Now it's our turn to stir it up!!!
In summation, while trying to eliminate a possible "Lisa" I encountered a woman that "thinks that saying someone is a lesbian" is the equivalent of "workplace violence", that was able to skirt the system to get a favorable court ruling, a woman I know "hates gay men" and has talked about my family now for years, a woman that was in Sedona around the time I was there, and a woman that called my sister and threatened her...to quote her, "you are putting my girls in danger"...
Sound like Lisa to you...
