I want Johnathan Edwin William Mendenhall's parents to know something else...besides the fact that I love and feel for you all...I looked into the charges and the sentence that was imposed against him and, boy, I can not for the life of me understand why he would choose to pretend to be dead rather than serve out that piece of cake sentence.
First of all, yes, it was a first time offense, and the rumor is that it was either Tracy Johnson or Junior Johnson that made the call to Officer Andre (the same officer that arrested Anthony for walking down the street with paraphernalia and no probable cause: Nick, the rule is a search at a reasonable time and place, not walking down the street) that had him arrested. Tracy or Junior was allegedly punishing Johnathan for staying too long at a sex party and not visiting one or both of them that night so Nick waited outside of Keith Muths condo; a practice that has happened over and over again. So to punish Johnathan, Tracy or Junior, had him arrested...she's a real peach isn't she or he or he/she or whatever they are pretending to be this week.
So Johnathan, while he was supposed to be in court in March while he was in Sedona, ran back to be sentenced with drugs flowing through his system...he could easily have been tested and thrown back in jail after that fiasco, but lucked out. His sentence...probation and a PC 1000 class...a piece of cake....he paid for the class upfront...some of it anyways but decided that he just didn't want to do it...his probation was revoked after he missed six classes then he died.
Now there is a civil judgment against him for the condo that he lived in for free...and there is a very suspicious restraining order against Ian Hutton for a home that Johnathan did not live in...one of the conditions of the restraining order was a hypocritical request to have the judge tell Ian to, "stay off the drugs" (said the pot to the kettle).... but overall Johnathan had an easy sentence...so why didn't he comply....that one is easy.
Johnathan believed that Joseph Johnson or Tracy Johnson's connections with the Larson Justice Center could have everything taken care of for him....something that Steven Frey also relied on...and lost. You see once you have entered a guilty plea...without the Johnson's help, you are screwed!!! And that's what happened...forget what this drama would cause his parents...and the embarassment it would cause them...Johnathan wanted to party and damn it he was going to do that no matter what the cost. So if people like Johnathan want to claim that he pretended to be dead because of me that is bullshit...he did this to continue to party and play with people's lives.
The trip to Sedona required some answers from Johnathan...he had a warrant ($50,000 bench warrant) and he had a lousy reputation in the community for stealing things from everyone...TRUE Johnathan...so it was easier to pretend to be dead no matter what the cost to his family. Now Johnathan's problems are exponentially higher and the cost to the Johnson family if he is arrested is even worse so whom do you think is hiding him...it isn't his mom and dad, Joe. It's the Hillbilly Johnsons and we are going to find him for his parents if nothing else.
My heart goes out to his mom and sister and father because you are innocent in all of this, but this is all the truth fit to print...allegedly for now.
