I warned Jeffrey Katzenberg and his family that if they didn't pounce on the situation that occurred in Arizona, in 2010, that the monster that is Lori, Missy, Bessie, and Leah, would grow three more heads and become worse. I knew it would happen because that's the way the Lesbian Mafia of Palm Springs works. They think they are smarter. They think they are more cunning. They think they are superior to all men. Period. Full stop.
I will tell you this part. When I moved to the desert from Palm Springs, I knew I had to regroup. The LMoPS was creating way too many problems with implanted police, crooked judges, and illegal sentences. They were literally stealing from everyone and I wasn't going to be a part of that ever again. I don't like to meet people becaue of what it does to them. I don't like to create friendships or continue them because Lori LaFond is a threatening killer on the loose. Her long time companion, Melissa Erickson, is a ruthless, heartless, scam artist without any type of feelings. Leah and Bessie remain the keys to open doors for Missy and Lori. That's just what they did.
Before that, however, there was a conversation that took place between myself and Benjamin Katzenberg. On this system of brain linking, Benjamin asked if he could talk to me. He was polite and professional, so I said yes. He explained to me that someone had stolen about $100,00 of his business money from his sister, brother, and himself. Automatically, I found that to be something that I had seen before with my own sister's life insurance money. Benjamin wanted to work on my "team". I gave him the conditions and told him I would help locate his money.
I did just that. I knew that the person that my friend, Steven, was selling drugs to, was the person that broke into his mom's home. I saw too much stuff coming over to Steven's home that wasn't his. It was "movie stuff". Putting two and two together, I was sure that this was the oppressive person that had locked Steven Frey into selling drugs for her family. Benjamin mentioned working for his father in LA, which reminded me of a person that Ken Frank worked for named Katzenberg. Don't know the name at that point and didn't look them up.
I'm not a Hollywood star chaser. I've had family that worked in the movie industry for years for Warner Bros. and others. I'm not a star searcher. That stuff is impressive for people that don't live in California, but here, it's just another industry.
I knew who Steven was getting drugs from and I knew that Lori was getting a stockpile of drugs through him. That is confidential and I won't tell you who told me or when. I can tell you it happened just before I was made into an informant for the police. With that, I warned his drug supplier not to sell drugs to Steven because he was being watched by the police. I took the information I had and gave it to Bryan Anderson with Christopher Monti right by my side. In person. With witnesses. This should have stopped Lori from amassing a ton of drugs that she still lives off of. You can imagine with her drug addiction and the way she uses it to entrap innocent people that this kind of supply dwindles fast if there isn't a ton of it. Apparently, Lori gave Steven a lot of money to buy drugs and that was accomplished, then Steven was sent to jail by Lori LaFond and her brother Brian. GHB found at the scene was documented but dropped by the court. Why? I think it is because Steven was going to tell police who made it and left it there. Lori and Brian manufacture the cheap drug at home and in Sedona, they food colored it because I used my head to convince them it was a good idea.
The money that Lori never had before came from the robbery of Benjamin's franchise account held by his brother, sister, and him. David, Laura, and Benjamin Katzenberg. In order to steal this money without Benjamin knowing, two people had to pretend to be his twin siblings. One had a fake David ID, the other a fake Laura ID. Benjamin wouldn't discover this money was stolen until it was gone in a flash. That money bought the supply of meth that Lori is still using today. $100,000 or so, can buy lots of meth wholesale. Lori had more than she'd ever had. She'd use some to entrap her enemies, and the rest to sell. Unfortunately, Lori's crew uses drugs like most of us use bottled water.
So at this point we are looking for two individuals. A male and a female that have IDs bearing David Katzenberg and Laura Katzenberg. I had no idea who this family was or how many kids they had. None of this was known to me at the time.
This theft happened in late 2007, around the time of my gay bashing and skull fracturing. I knew the police would never go after Brian and Lori LaFond but they did look at the two men that Lori said on this system committed the rape. She said, Steven Frey and Peter DiMartino. I knew them both. They, however, did not know each other. They were DNA tested by the police to match against the frozen blood found in my body from the rape. Neither matched. How, you might ask, could they DNA test two people and then deny they had any evidence of the crime? Simple, at the PSPD one cop doesn't talk to another. They all talk to Lori on this brain link. You see, you can't even ask for DNA if there is nothing to compare it to. They had all the information they needed. Then they found out it was Lori and Brian LaFond, so the case was immediately dropped, as they do for their drug dealing spies on our community.
As it turns out, neither Steven Frey nor Peter DiMartino matched the DNA inside my body. They also don't know each other. Funny thing is that I have text messages from Steven's phone that talk about Peter by name. Who is capable of spoofing Steven's phone number to make it look like his own phone texted me? Well good old Lori LaFond can do that with her home computer terror system. How many of you out there have those messages from your daughter or son that you know for a fact are not from them? Mr. and Mrs. Erickson, do you know this to be true? I know you do. How many more of you know this?
So I found out where Benjamin's stole money went. That was part of our agreement. The other part was to put the woman, on this system, who we now know is Lori Jean LaFond, in jail. I found his money. The rest of that would happen in Arizona.
So forward to March 2010, a mere 2 1/4 months after Benjamin's business was robbed, Lori and Brian LaFond follow me, Anthony, and Jonathan to Sedona, Arizona on vacation. It was a trip to get away from Lori and her friends. I also thought it good that we could see Jonathan's father and step mom in Dewey, Arizona. I'm pretty much friends with most of my friends' parents. Unfortunately, Lori LaFond took out a workplace violence restraining order on me just before we left. She didn't work where she said she did and I never contacted her work because I know she is a fugitive from high school. No fugitive can work or file restraining orders. In fact, they can't even have an address, which you don't see on that restraining order. She got a free attorney out of it. It legitimized her on paper knowing that it would be handled by her "personal friend" Commissioner Best.
We know him to be the "hanging judge" for gay men in our area. Our sentences are so much worse than anyone else's for the same crimes. He literally sentences at arraignments. He issues illegal sentences with a phone call from Lori. He is at the heart of our problems.
I digress.
I'm looking for two fake IDs, a male and female with Laura Katzenberg's name and David Katzenberg's name. I know that Lori LaFond was using Steven's sister Sheree's name in that LaPalme complex. This means that she is a fradulent ID owner, a fugitive's normal path is to find a dead person and use their ID, but Lori needed living people to effect her mortgage fraud. So automatically, I know that Lori, the drug dealer, LaFond is being sold drugs from Steven Frey. Melissa Erickson too.
When Lori and Brian traveled out of state to stalk me hoping to load up my car with meth and other drugs, they planned to do that to a police informant. That is illegal. It is punishable by death. Nevertheless, they were caught, one wearing a bikini and the other a construction vest, nothing else. Memorable. No cop will forget Brian in a yellow bikini and Lori's big fat mouth. Immediately the LMoPS has a huge problem. Brian and Lori are in jail and nobody can get them out. So the plan was hatched with Melissa Erickson and David (Katzenberg neighbor) for the two to become bail sureties. David the neighbor has one ID, "David Katzenberg", the other, Melissa Erickson had to have an ID that would work for the male bikini wearer. It just so happened that Missy had Dr. Alicia Elmore's ID. Jonathan's sister. So Lori pretended to be Laura Katzenberg in custod and Brian pretended to be Jonathan Mendenhall.
Four people, two defendants, two bail sureties. All Hell was about to break loose. Melissa steals all the money she can from the Katzenbergs either before Lori was arrested or afterwards. They need the cash to post the bonds. I'm assuming that for this arrest they also played the "celebrity kid" card too. You see when a celebrity's kid is arrested, the court is encouraged to post a bond because they are easy to find. It's really not that fair but understandable. Into the court they all go.
Lori is then bailed out by David pretending to be David Katzenber bailing out his twin sister. Melissa then bails out Brian LaFond pretending that he is Jonathan Mendenhall and Missy is Dr. Alicia Elmore (Jonathan's sister). This worked for the quartet becasue Jonathan has ties to his parents in Dewey, Az, and Laura's grandfather lives in Seligman, Az. A requirement of the court is to have an Arizona address for the defendant's to live in during the pendency of their cases. The same scheme would be used again in Sedona, Az when Brian and Lori LaFond were arrested again!!! Two times they were arrested and used Jeffrey and his father's money to bail themselves out then keep the 90% of the cash that was in a fake bank account to satisfy the court. In other words, Lori, Brian, Missy, and David MADE MONEY OFF OF MOLESTING KIDS AND TRANSPORTING DRUGS FROM THE FAMILY OF ONE OF LORI'S VICTIMS!!!!! OUTRAGEOUS!!!!
I guess crime does pay afterall.
Here is why this should have begun and ended in Arizona.
If you know anything about Jeffrey Katzenberg, you know what a tremendous pain in the ass he is about security. He hires the best in the world, according to him, to keep his family safe. Admirable, but not as good as he says they are. Why?
Think about this. Because Benjamin and I had an agreement about him being on my team, I allowed him and his mother to travel to Sedona, Arizona to keep an eye out for us. Jeffrey insisted that David (his neighbor's kid) and Melissa Erickson (the girl that came to Jeffrey for his help against Lori because she "couldn't handle her") accompany Benjamin and Marilyn. I balked immediately. NO WAY IS THE GIRL THAT STOLE MY MRIs from the emergency room would be safe enough for me to work with. Period, full stop. She has a horrible reputation for this kind of deception in Palm Springs already. Nevertheless, Jeffrey trusted her with his family, but sent his security too.
I am asking right here and now, how in the Hell is Laura Katzenberg in custody and her brother David bailing her out without the head of security going into that courtroom knowing that neither David nor his sister are even in the State of Arizona. It is his job to know where these family members are at all times!!! So when Melissa Erickson and David the neighbor go into court to pretend to be other people to bail out two defendants using fake names, where was Jeffrey's security? This would have ended all of this crime, but he didn't go. In fact, because he didn't go, the siblings, Lori and Brian, would go on to rape and molest three more people before the pair got out of the State of Arizona. How much deception is going on here?
I can guarantee you that the security person's information will show that he knew that David and Laura Katzenberg were safely in California when these crimes occurred, so why didn't he do anything for anyone else when they did this a second time in Sedona??? Complete incompetence is what I call it. A complete lack of concern for Jonathan Mendenhall, his sister, and me. I am the police informant that was being stalked so why didn't he protect me like Marilyn and Benjamin were supposed to do?
Now it is more than 15 years later and all we are concerned with is that Laura and David Katzenberg are exonerated and free of this crime. Fuck the rest of us. Who cares if I'm being stalked by the woman that beat the shit out of Benjamin Katzenberg in Martin's home, on video? Nope, I'll tell you why I know I don't matter. Because after all of this deception that was avoidable in Arizona went down, Melissa Erickson, the same David the Neighbor, and Bessie Smith go to my sister and rob my mother of all of my savings. Without a single word, Jeffrey did it to me again. With the same three idiots that set him up in Arizona the first time. Without Bessie Smith, Melissa Erickson can't get an audience with Jeffrey and Marilyn. Melissa used my sister's high school friend to gain access to my investigation then flipped him to be on her side. One second, Melissa is crying about how Lori has ruined her life and can't do anything about it, the next minute she's told Jeffrey to "never help me or my sister" and she is in complete charge of MY INVESTIGATION! HOW IN THE FUCK IS THAT POSSIBLE?
Security, we have a huge problem with your incompetence. HUGE. You were supposed to help Marilyn and Benjamin keep me safe. You did the exact opposite and turned my life over to a complete homicidal maniac named Melissa Erickson. Even further, you knew what she did in Arizona and continued to allow her to get close to my own sister. Nothing is more obvious than a security person that does what he's told to do rather than what the law requires. I heard Diddy is looking for a guy just like you!!!
I want my money back Jeffrey. I want it back like yesterday. You won't budge, so I'm gonna push you over!!!
In the meantime, I'm hoping that someone sees the hypocrisy of bailing out your own son's rapist because she is using the name of your daughter and son in a criminal case? Then Jeffrey has the nerve to insist his kids weren't involved in the crimes without naming the two people that pretended to be them in court. Not only that, he allowed Missy Erickson to steal from my own mother with Alzheimer's disease, after Missy robbed his own elderly father to bail out Lori and Brian LaFond in Arizona. He didn't mention that to my sister when she went to him to find out what she should do to keep my money safe without telling me a word about it. Nope, he wanted there to be a fight between my sister and me. This is as bad faith as a man could be.
You had them in the palm of your hands Benjamin, now they've grown three more heads to bite people with. This wasn't what we agreed upon. I never agreed to your father taking over MY investigation. I never agreed to him using our wire on this crime to further Missy's criminal rage against us. You took liberties with our agreement even after I found all kinds of your parents' stolen merchandise. I'm disappointed in you. I hope we can work this out, but it's looking more and more doubtful the longer your father avoids the truth about his involvement. He's literally strangled me and my sister to near death and watched as my mother cried on the ground insisting that she didn't steal my money. What kind of man does that?
