For the longest time, it was really difficult researching what it was that Lori Jean Marie LaFond was using to create electronic harassment.  Brain-computer interfaces were not really talked about much on the internet.
You could find information at science/medical libraries so I took my research to U.C. Riverside's Medical Library, where I found out that researchers into "the Frey Effect" were plentiful in the Southern California area.  Indeed, I knew that this type of experimentation was even being done at my own alma mater, UCR.  Development of this tech grew through several of the UCR professors; unfortunately, the one I was interested in talking to had recently deceased.
Now we have the internet catching up with the Cold War technologies that were developed in the 1970's through now.  The "mind reading' capabilities of computers started a very long time ago.  The need to control the enemy's behavior was all the rage back when this all started.  Now we know that there are massive ethical and human rights violations that accompany a human being's privacy and especially the privacy of thought.
I wanted all of you to watch the BCI guys to learn about how this technology needs to be directed by doctors in the neurology field and not a private psychopath living with crystal meth in her living room.  We need an example of how this gets out of control, so we bring you Lori Jean Marie LaFond, the Lesbian Mafia of Palm Springs, and the rest of her organization on a platter for someone to use as a  "Don't" example for the rest of humanity.
