When you look at this picture above, it is important to remember that things aren't always as they appear. In the example, I would say that most of us would feel sorry for Red Riding Hood after the hungry wolf at her grandmother and then wait for her to arrive. Lori, on the other hand, would tell everyone that she is a "wolf lover" and was proud of the wolf for going to such extremes to eat a meal. There is a difference between Lori LaFond and the rest of the world. I'm all about wolves and saving them, but when one breaks into your home and eats your grandmother...pretending to be your grandmother, you don't have to have sympathy for the wolf. Lori LaFond is the wolf in grandmother's clothing.
As most of you have heard, I've had a challenging week or so, but having this to cope with is made ten times more difficult because of Lori's need to get involved to break up any kind of progress. She will scream and yell at you the entire time you are trying to impress someone. She will text and send messages to anyone and everyone pretending to be a problem. I've been in this same position at other hotels and boy did Lori get involved. In the end, I ended up looking like a good guy with loads of talent, but the guy who fired me ended up losing his job because he listened to Lori. Don't ever listen to Lori LaFond.
I've heard that Lori has a ton of problems with her across-the-highway neighbor who I am a personal friend of. Lori tried her Big Bad Wolf routine in Arizona back in 2010. It was a total fiasco and it sent her friends into a panic that turned into a huge problem for Arizona law enforcement. Her friends went way out of their way to get both Brian and Lori released under false circumstances and IDs. This, as I well know being a former courtroom clerk who issues warrants for bail jumpers, was not a bright idea while she still tried to have me arrested for her bogus restraining order. Certainly, her arrest for drugs in Arizona goes a long way to proving that I am the informant with the correct information. Bail jumping is something someone does when they think they can avoid their problems. Usually, they get caught and brought back into court to face their original charge and the bail jump. Of course, everyone is considered innocent until proven guilty in our country, but "bail jumping" is almost ALWAYS a conviction with one to three years in jail.
I wouldn't call it automatic, but it is automatic.
What Lori did in the meantime is up for everyone to find out. If she was violating her terms of pretrial release the charges could go higher and higher. Trust me, she violated every single term of her release, especially the one that ordered her off of drugs and to obey all laws federal, state, and local. Terrorizing me isn't really legal because of my informant status. My family was also off-limits but Lori ruined my sister's second marriage by using phone portability and lies.
Missy Erickson, the bail surety, is still living with Lori and Brian which was not the terms of pretrial release. This whole scam is starting to be better understood by people who know Lori has never once decided to end her life of crime and terror. I couldn't be happier to see her in such trouble. Others are even more elated. Nobody deserves prison more than Lori LaFond and I can tell you I've personally arraigned thousands of criminal defendants, none worse than Lori LaFond.
If you know my life, you know how I must feel right now. It is a good feeling and it makes me proud to have told the truth the entire time even when it was completely unheard of to compromise my reputation by telling people I was electronically harassed. First of all, I can promise you, I never believed this crime existed. Oh, I was being stalked, but I had no idea why or by whom. When I was shot at, I took it way more seriously. Now the stalkers were shooting at me. Then came the voices and I was furious that I used to make fun of people that were hearing these voices in their head; now I was one of them and I didn't want my credibility to take a hit. I wonder how many others are out there like that, suffering in silence while some crazy person is yelling at them on a microphone, stealing their finances, and having them followed like a common criminal.
First of all, working as a federal agent for the U.S. Justice Department should have been a clue for the people who were stalking me. They would follow me day and night and right up to my courtroom doors; sometimes even inside. I knew I wasn't up to anything but Lori LaFond thinks being gay is a punishable crime, so they followed me for years and years for whatever lie she told them. It is so hard to understand how 250 people could be assigned to me every day without one of them knowing that they were stalking a government employee? To me, it was clear that I had an enemy somewhere but I couldn't think of anyone except Lori LaFond. She appointed herself the enemy of my family many years before in 29 Palms, California. I'm a conscientious person and working for a judge or magistrate means that you have to be alert and aware. Telling anyone I was being followed wouldn't have worked because Lori knew what I was thinking so she would call them off and nobody would see anything. When they saw nothing she would start having them follow me everywhere I went. It was never wracking and not safe for the judge
