When the Palm Springs Police Department arrested Robert Downey Junior, he had yet to don the Ironman costume or play Charlie Chaplin to perfection. He'd been in trouble in Palm Springs since he played Julian in the classic "Less Than Zero". He has family in our area and was out visiting the Gentlemen's Club on Perez Ave where Missy Erickson worked.
It was at that club that RDJ ran into Missy Erickson and her jealous stalker, Lori Jean Marie LaFond. Though I haven't spoken to RDJ, I do know that his ensuing arrest at the then Merv Griffin Resort, was questionable and completely set up by Lori LaFond who thinks that she is involved in everything that Missy Erickson does. Missy, allegedly, was there when the police came into his private room and searched it. Missy was there so you know there was cocaine involved. It sent Robert to jail for years. The search was illegal and he should never have been arrested. Though he is thankful that the events of his life, like this one, helped him to achieve his sobriety, the fact remains that electronic surveillance was involved and Lori LaFond had him arrested because he left the club with Missy Erickson and a friend.
I wanted Robert to know that I appreciate his input and his help. We have worked tirelessly to stop spying inside of people's homes and private lives. Millions of dollars have been stolen by Lori LaFond. Some people went to jail because Lori set them up. It's illegal and innocent people lost their lives. Felonies aren't always able to be expunged and there are a host of people in Palm Springs needing to have our investigation expose Lori's false police reports and illegal arrests.
Robert was the victim of Lori's rage against men who talked to Missy Erickson at the club. I've experienced the same thing with women in my life. Lori loves to go after them too.
