Can A Bail Payment For Freedom Be Considered A Payment For Murder For Hire If The Bail Was Set In The Commission of the Crime of Stalking?

Hey all you lawyer types out there.   I have a question for you.  If Jeffrey had prior knowledge that Lori was intending to commit a crime against me in Sedona, Arizona, could Jeffrey be charged for paying her bail, multiple times, so that she could be free to come back to California?

Lori calls Jeffrey, "her father".  This is because he allowed her to post bail using his own daughter's name and monies are taken from his own bank account and his father's, using Missy Erickson (who was at the crime scene and involved) but then called the court to tell them that it wasn't his daughter that was charged, arraigned, and bailed out ?  How would he even know to do that if he wasn't involved in that crime?  His son was bailed out that day too, Jeffrey cleared his own kids but failed to mention Lori Jean Marie LaFond as the female that was detained and Brian LaFond as the male that was detained.  He has been living across the highway from these two for 15 years and they were the subject of my informant work.  He knew that too.

Jeffrey has failed to prosecute Missy Erickson and the LaFond siblings for the illegal use of his kid's identities and for other crimes committed against his own family.  I contend that the reason he did not prosecute was to free a known killer (to him) to continue to stalk me and commit murder back in California.  Can he be charged with "murder for hire"?

I contend that he conspired with Missy Erickson for that very thing.

The siblings used his wife's father's address in Seligman, Az and the address of Jonathan Mendenhalls father in Dewey, Az.  Both names were Katzenberg and both Marilyn's father and Jonathan's father are aware that Lori Jean LaFond and Brian LaFond were the imposters using their home addresses.
