She's at it again...Lori LaFond is on the microphone right now threatening everyone, including my own sister, with some kind of law suit. Right now she is acting like she is going to file these lawsuit against members of my team and their families. I am not surprised that the woman that put the wheels in motion for my brother-in-law's homicide would try to threaten my sister and me. Ever since I began looking into these allegations that Lori was involved in the "homicide", she's been acting like she can do things to keep me from talking to witnesses who she is filing other cases against. Everything is ridiculous because of the last time she filed a restraining order against me.
Though that order went through, because the Commissioner in the case is part of our investigation and Lori lied about where she worked, I submit that she thinks she's some kind of paralegal that has no experience. What she is, is the subject of an investigation in multiple states including California and Arizona involving child pornography, drug sales, drug manufacturing, and stalking. In order to keep the witnesses from talking to investigators, Lori spied on my team using her brain link system from home and made a list of people that she wants to represent without their consent. A paralegal can't represent a client in the courtroom and without their consent. Lori thinks she is some kind of legal expert again because she followed me around while I was doing that job.
This is yet another attempt to keep the whole truth from coming out in my brother in law's death. What is now a justifiable homicide because of the circumstances is being looked at because the circumstances at the time weren't fully known. We know now that Lori went to the scene directly after the shooting. She is the drug dealer in the case and was not included and she was questioning about the evidence that was found. My brother in law's cell phone was what she was after. The new allegations are that Lori sent harassing texts to my brother in law and to other members of her family to get everyone in one location. This is a location that isn't normally inhabited by the players in the homicide. My brother in law had never been to this address...Lori sending him there with the full knowledge that her uncle had been told to carry a weapon by Bryan Anderson was her attempt to cause a violent death. The messages contained on his phone could lead to the answer as to Lori being involved in the crime.
Any time that Lori gets this way she wants to control what people say to one another. The problem is that Lori tries to be the families' spokesperson when they don't even consent. She can't be representing anyone unless she is one of the partys. Lori has a real problem thinking she can represent people in a law suit and in life. She's only doing this because she has this brain link system and wants to keep it in her home. She's already admitted to having it in group texts and it has been seen by various members of my team and others.
Lori is harassing all of these people that she feels could be a threat to her in the future when our investigation is complete. She doesn't have the right to do anything legal about this investigation. How she knows the people involved is due to this system and my party line.
I heard about this on this brain link system too...so if these start showing up, know that we can prove it because I heard it here first.
