Can you imagine what it must have been like for a lifetime Marine to have had a daughter like Lori and a son like Brian LaFond? He and his wife had six other children to raise and here you have two kids that just can't follow the rules. Then throw in that the two of them are drug-addicted thieves, and you can just imagine the frustration of this Sgt. Major, to continue to work in the U.S.M.C.
The reason I am writing this post is two-fold. First and foremost, I am a big supporter of the United States Military and all the officers who have families that I grew up with. Most of the LaFond kids were out of school by the time I ran into Lori LaFond. The second reason is because of the way Lori used her father's good name and record to steal this technology and press it upon the Palm Springs Police Department. She tells everyone that this technology or communications system was her father's invention and we all know that it wasn't. Sgt. Major Eugene A. LaFond was not some kind of monster that wanted his daughter to peddle this tech into the lives of innocent civilians, he was involved with it to protect Marines and their families abroad. What Lori did with it is the exact opposite of what he would have wanted. I am 100% certain that he would be ashamed of Lori and Brian for the problems that they have caused in Palm Springs and would want me to do my very best to stop them. It is with his inspiration that I work to keep Lori and Brian from hurting any more innocent civilians and military personnel. I salute Mr. and Mrs. LaFond for a lifetime of service to this country and to this community. Lori is the problem, not their family.
So to The Great Eugenie, I say thank you. I will do my best to stop Lori from using your identity and your clearance to continue to hurt innocent Americans. This is the job of a civilian that grew up with hundreds of friends of families just like Eugene's.
I am proud of this man and his family. We all need to be better at finding Lori and Brian and holding them, not his family, responsible.

Also, if there was ever any doubt that I would be anything but the most respectful to Lori's mom and dad, forget about it. I am not like Lori or Brian. I would never talk about her father, mother, or sister the way that Lori has defamed mine. I'm not in any way impressed by the rumors and lies that have destroyed my family in the past. We grew from the experience despite Lori's lifetime effort to ruin my reputation and my family's. We aren't anything like Lori says. She's the piece of shit. She's the monster. We need to be certain that Lori fends for herself in this investigation. Her help isn't going to come from members of my team and investigation. We are strong.
I would also like to add that Lori's time in the U.S.M.C. wasn't all in vain, she took with her a lot of military training that she "Lori-ed" into her own system of torture. She uses terms like "Special Forces Unit" and "Following the Chain of Command" when she would talk to people about her "association" with the Palm Springs Police Department. Of course, since this was, according to Lori, "Her father's invention," Lori was always number one in command. You see a narcissist is always number one and Lori would use this title as some kind of imagined authority over rookie police cadets thinking that she could fool them into believing that "remote neural monitoring" was "part of their training." At one point Lori told these rookies that she was equal to the police chief "at night". So whatever Lori told these officers, they had to do. How convenient for a drug dealer with sadistic intentions for gay people that she hates.
When she would have these officers arrest gay men that didn't feel like sleeping with her, she would then call Commissioner's Best and Cribbs and tell them that the arrest was part of the PSPD's "Special Forces Unit", a military term, and that it was a "Steven Frey thing" to link the cases together even though none of these cases had anything to do with the other. The problem, for those of you that haven't thought of it, is that flagging cases as special makes the defendants unequal. For thirty years Lori would use this term to make gay men less equal in the eyes of the Commisioners that would arraign and sentence them. I was actually sentenced AT MY ARRAIGNMENT...THIS IS NOT EVEN LEGAL! I certainly was not given enough time with my lawyer to understand the ramifications of taking a plea at an arraignment but was offered, by Commissioner Larry A. Best, a deal that would "release me from jail that day", if I took 3 years of probation and Prop 36 drug diversion classes even though the crime I was accused of had nothing to do with drugs, except that I was arrested on the property that Steve Frey sold drugs from. This wasn't mentioned at all in the charges. The sentence was highly illegal...but this was the same Commissioner that issued a restraining order for the City of La Quinta and Lori LaFond who didn't work there. Then he issued a warrant for my arrest off of that restraining order. The TRO was stayed in federal court...but Lori's friendships ignored this and went ahead anyway.
I've actually never been to court for that restraining order to plead my side...and that Commissioner was part of my investigation for the PSPD as an informant. It was all a part of that blog that Lori wanted erased. This looks really suspicious. It's illegal and it confirmed everything I thought...Lori LaFond was behind this crime and law enforcement was breaking the laws to help her do it. To this day I am not pleased with this. As a former courtroom deputy to a federal judge and magistrate, I know that this is a firable offense for the Larson Justice Center Commissioner. He can't do what he did and he is in big trouble for it.
It is my opinion that the three names on that restraining order are for people that I don't even know. I've never met Lori's mom, dad, and had no idea she had a sister. Lori put their names on that order to keep me from talking to them about this crime. Lori also knows that I don't know any of them. I am convinced that Shawn and her father could have been saved if the police had arrested Lori before their deaths. I couldn't do anything but write on here to warn her family because of Lori's actions. I went to see Shawn right after Sedona and he was dead about a year later from the bacterial pneumonia present in Lori's blood stream. Bacteremia caused his death.
