I know you guys try to hang tough and not let it bother you. I remember being that way too. There is no way anyone can understand what it is like to be stalked by Lori LaFond unless they have been. It's even worse when she gets her hands on you and does whatever she feels like. I know that you try to put it out of your mind. I know you can't do that 100%. I know that these adults have seriously done damage to you both.
It's not fair and it is not right. I heard Lori talking tonight about the bail money she posted and wanting to get it back so that she could spend it again. Without even thinking everyone has just shown you something that I don't believe in. You matter. You matter more to me than any victims out there, including Christopher. You should have been better protected and you should have seen justice in an Arizona courtroom.
There is no excuse for someone to make his own money more important than your suffering. Clearly, it is more important to someone that their money was stolen to bail out your attackers than what happened during that attack. I want to tell you that isn't true or fair. You are more than any bank account could hold. You have to survive so that the kid I could have been, gets a chance to be the adult I will never be. I hope you understand that I want you both to be loved, safe, and free from the likes of Lori LaFond forever. Every kid deserves to have their innocence, I'm sorry these adults have stolen yours.
