These Are Some Of The Harassment Techniques Identified By The United Nations Investigation Into Microwave Terrorism

Before Lori Jean LaFond embarks on another tirade, it's worth noting that the United Nations has addressed the issue of electronic/microwave harassment. The techniques mentioned above are universally employed to target victims of this crime. The term "targeted individuals" is often used to describe someone harassed. In this case, we are addressing a large group, primarily from the gay community in Palm Springs, California.
Identifying the group aspect of this crime is crucial due to the unusually high concentration of victims in a single area where the crime occurs.  Over the past four decades, a woman named Lori LaFond has leveraged her personal phobias to cultivate a community of individuals who feel targeted.  The police were also utilized to silence anyone who spoke out against Lori, arresting those she had allegedly wronged.   Any person who was gay was an instant target for Lori's torture.  I am personally aware that numerous techniques listed by the United Nations have been employed against me and many others.  This initiative is committed to ending the suffering of numerous victims of this crime. We will persevere until Lori LaFond faces justice.
Meanwhile, Lori continues to berate me over the computers that were taken from the U.S. Military at her residence.  This is highly illegal and a threat to a police informant who is also a lifetime victim of this crime.  Silence has brought nothing more than a continued belief that the local police are baffled by this phenomenon.  We aim to dispel any confusion by presenting all the computers and evidence we have accumulated over the years. California will at last be able to recover the funds that criminals have stolen from honest, hardworking families.
