NextMind Shows You The Way of the Future And Locks Lori LaFond Up For Life!!!

I specifically remember the day when I got a phone call from the City of La Quinta's attorney, M. Katherine Jensen, Esq. asking me if I was "sniffing glue."   I was immediately offended by the comment, it reminded me of the difficulty in proving the case of rape, implant, and terror caused by Lori LaFond.  In a way, I look at that phone call as a great motivator.  I knew that I had to prove that Lori LaFond could have the opportunity to commit the crimes that I say she committed against the LGBTQ community.  Now when I think about it, even having Ms. Jensen as an attorney is part of that proof.  How did Lori get Ms. Jensen to represent her if she didn't work at the City of LaQuinta?  I think it probably has to do with Bryan Anderson's representation in the Warm Sands Sting Operation, but that's just me.
In this month's WIRED Magazine, there is a terrific new article that talks about NextMind, a French company that has developed software and a non-implant device that allows a person to interact with the computer's software to control the program.  This is light years ahead of Lori LaFond's old military computers that simply translate EEG's to written words so that Lori could spy on people.
After years of hard work and dedication, we know that the REAL Lori LaFond has been implanted since the early 1980's and we even have her chip number.  Her claims of "sniffing glue" aren't nearly as hurtful now that we know she lied to her own attorney about where she worked, what she knows about this tech, and how she applied it to create a terror network that lasted in Palm Spring for the last 40 years.  We even have the chip numbers of the implanted police officers at the PSPD and all over the Coachella Valley.  The opportunity to commit this crime is as simple as putting Lori with the computers and her deceased father's military credentials.  Since the computers have been logged on since his death, we know that Lori has continued to use these to commit the crimes against LGBTQ community of Palm Springs using the PSPD.
Here is the article in WIRED for you to peruse: NextMind The challenge that Lori has always hidden behind is that the implants are already in place before the victim knows what is going on.  Often times she would let some time pass before she would talk to the victims after she raped them.  This would allow any kind of thoughts about being raped to go away and she would start conversations with the victim as if she knew them personally.  The reality is that these kinds of interfaces are used every single day with heart patients that have pacemakers.  My own father has a pacemaker that sends information wirelessly from his heart to the hospital at the push of a button.  It's nothing new, but the way Lori repurposed this stolen tech from the military to run a massive drug-dealing operation using the police, is a whole new type of criminal.  She's a mind rapist and what she does is completely denied in her application for a restraining order for a place she's never even been to.
Lori's computers are literally the equivalent of a cavewoman chiseling in stone to write a novel.  The new computers can literally decode consciousness from neural activity and show you how the brain is prioritizing what is going on around a person.  As a person you know that many things are going on around you all at once, these new computers and software can read this and show you how a person is prioritizing these multiple sources into areas of importance.   Boring old Lori's computers can translate thoughts into words...um...yeah...can someone pass Lori the joystick to her Atari???  Lori's computers are so old...they remind me of Lori!  Remember folks, my claim is that she stole these computers in the early 1980's so they have to be at least that old to have committed that crime.   They also have to be able to assign phone numbers from Verizon or another carrier.  The RFID chips are also as old and must be able to carry a phone number that can be linked into a military server and translated by a program developed by the military.
I told you, I'm not interested in "making Lori the suspect" I'm interested in proving she's the person that stole them.  I guarantee you she's the only person, with her brother, that could have done this.  I've known her since 7th grade.  I've seen what she's done to people with them.   I know what she acts like and the things she knows that nobody else does.  You have to be me to know for sure.  I'm sure.
Here's the thing with our cavewoman.  She is probably the first real serial killer that used the human mind and HIV as a weapon against her targets.  She would then turn their lives into misery by talking to the police who were also implanted giving them private information that allowed her to seem helpful to them and hateful to us.  This is where her urban legend got its story.  Practically everyone knows about the girl that steals drugs, sells drugs, infects them with AIDS virus and then calls the police on her addicts in the gay communities of San Diego, Palm Springs, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.  Her legend is huge and hated.  It was always a problem showing opportunity, but not any longer.  Thanks to her restraining order Lori put herself in the position to be the main suspect and, if you are me, you know her voice and her attitude towards gay men.   I have the advantage of knowing her hatefulness.  It all lines up with Lori LaFond.  I'm so glad.
The other thing that lines up perfectly with Lori LaFond is what she says to people when she meets them.  Most of the time, if I know someone, Lori "just has to meet them".  The reason she usually gives is that if they are friends of mine, they would probably like her more if they had met her first.  I don't know why she says that, but she does.  What happens when she has someone like Jonathan go out and find them is he brings them to her and she goes into talking about my family.  Lori usually tells these men that she's known me since high school and that even though they think I'm a nice person they are wrong.  She knows me better, according to Lori.  She then proceeds to talk shit about my father, my sister and me.  This is why, in that restraining order application she makes such a big deal about "not knowing anything about me since high school".   If you were stalking me, wouldn't you say something like this if I found out and started writing about it online?  
The thing is that Lori has contacted so many people this way that she made it obvious.  I only know one girl from high school that hates gay men so outwardly.  Hell, even that is in her application for the restraining order too.  My best friend wrote an affidavit for that piece of shit that says that Lori used gay slurs to humiliate me in school.  Everyone saw it.  So now you have "Lisa" the girl that hates fags that knows me from high school.  There's only one Chief Reyes.  You have to understand, I was the school's vice president.  Popular, I guess.  It's not like there were a ton of kids accosting me.  That girl was Lori LaFond.  I know it's her, I hear her voice and I know what she sounds like.  Remember, I've never had a conversation with Lori, just her ambushing me screaming that I was a "flaming faggot and everyone knew it!"   That's how she sounds on this system.  Same voice, same hate, same girl.  There could only be one!!!
Lori has singled herself out.  She did this on her own.  I know her to be the most hateful person in the universe and everyone I went to high school knows that she was out to get me!

When you add together all the Steven Frey interviews with the police from his break in and my rape, you get the distinct impression that he identified Lori LaFond as the rapist and as the burglar.  She quickly left town because Steven could identify her, so can I.  Then the DNA report comes back and it shows Lori and her brother Brian.  Lori then takes her GHB, puts it in Steven's home, calls the police and sends them in to arrest him.  I'm thinking probably Commissioner Larry Best again on that warrant!  The police chief then sends me an email saying that Steven was arrested.  The GHB, however, disappears from the case because Steven could identify Lori and Brian as the manufacturers of this substance.  Once again, Lori, who calls herself "Steven's sister", has used the police and the courthouse to eliminate the person she raped and robbed.  
It's really quite simple.  Lori uses everyone she can find and when they become a problem for her, she makes up a story, frames them with drugs, then calls the police using a friend at the courthouse!!!
This was all right before the trip to Sedona, Arizona!
Steven's stolen couch and television, along with the mosaic table I made for him and some other belongings are now in the home where Lori and Brian live.
The text messages are priceless from this period of time!!!  Steven will love them. They show that someone is trying to frame Steven and Peter for my rape. You know the one that the police couldn't do anything on after they eliminated Peter and Steven?  There are messages that talk about the two going on vacation together...and so forth.  The pair both said that they didn't know each other in interviews.  One of the texts says that it's Steven's sister...and she has all of his stolen items from that break-in at Steven's home.  This will link Lori and Brian to the break-in and shows that the pair were entering that home after I was raped.  I can tell you that it was going on even before that because I saw Brian LaFond there one night when he was off the microphone.
All of this evidence will show that Lori has a clandestine relationship with certain police officers and the commissioner so that she can have arrests made without any investigation.  This eliminates her victims when they know it's her and they tell the police.  I still have a warrant issued by that Commissioner for the illegally obtained restraining order that was issued during a federal stay of the matter.  Once again, Lori put her own name on that and got it illegally.  Once that was done, she went to Sedona to take care of the rest of her problems with me, Anthony, and Jonathan.
It will also show that Lori and Brian plant drugs on people that they don't like or that pose a problem then call the police on them.  They did this to Steven once he got out of jail as another warning to him not to talk.  He was completely sober when the drugs were found after an AA meeting in the Cove.
Planting drugs on her rape victims is achieved through the use of this technology locating them and through stolen keys that Brian and Lori both have sets of.
If I am correct, you will see the same Commissioner's name on warrants that you see on that restraining order in Lori's favor.  He's definitely been on my list from the beginning because of his strange behavior in the courtroom.  Commissioner's Best and Cribbs are both suspected of foul play.
What this all boils down to is Lori LaFond going after all of my friends after using them to get what she wanted.  One minute she's telling police one thing, the next something else.  How the Hell would she know if it was or wasn't my face on that postcard, I know my god damn face police!  How was it okay to eliminate Steven and Peter with a DNA report, then there wasn't any DNA to compare it to?  I'll tell you why.  It's because Lori was setting up Steven for that sexual assault with Peter and when that report came back she knew it wouldn't match either of them; they don't even know each other, but that's who she told me did it on this system.
Only Lori has the ability to know what is on reports before anyone else besides the police know.  She had to dance a dance of danger trying to make people guilty that weren't then remove all doubt about there being a rape at all when that eliminated her suspects.  My skull shows it all.  It didn't break itself.  So who is this person telling police about that photo, the rape, the news story, Steven's drug dealing...it's all Lori.
