You know there was one point right after my rape that I realized that no matter what the evidence showed the PSPD was going to fuck it up. I wrote the police chief and email and talked about my concerns, he acted like I'd sent him something horribly disrespectful, but then he turned around and did exactly what I said he was going to do. Fuck all of us over for Lori.
I guess that the Police Chief's experience isn't as good as it should be in rape cases. The evidence I submitted plus the time that the lab took to put together a realistic report, which I saw, then the Chief forgot about, was thorough. That means that the crime lab did their job at great cost to the People of the State of California. I still can't believe he showed me the report himself, then said, the exact opposite of what I read. In other words, he baited then switched the reports...it's weird.
Forward a few years and much more information later and it's pretty clear that Lori does get into trouble a lot, but she has a system of fake id's and money stashed to bail her out. Once released she never uses that fake id again and goes to another name. It's just a game of aliases. What most people don't realize is that she is still booked, fingerprinted, DNA sampled and so forth.
The crime lab has her DNA and her brother's from my rape. To them, this was a rape case, the suspect's DNA should be entered into a database so that it can be checked for matches. Meanwhile, Lori is building up DNA cases all over town by shitting on floors, renting apartments under assumed names, breaking into homes and soiling things...and traveling to Arizona where she got into trouble.
DNA doesn't care about fake id, it identifies a suspect. In Lori's case, it is simply going to show that she has been in places doing things that she shouldn't have been. We have videotape, we have witnesses and victims, we have drug use, we have child molestation, and we have her friends too. It's a no-win situation for Lori and her brother...her friends are also implicated.
Without giving away too much, you can bet I'm all over this DNA at the crime lab being entered into the CODIS system because of the severity of the crimes in Arizona. Lori is dangerous, she is infected and ridiculous, she needs to be stopped. Who will be the law enforcement officer to do it??? I'm still looking at that possibility.
Until then, Lori is just going to have to think about all the people that she raped and who reported the crimes. There is DNA on file, she just hasn't had a bulldog like me on her case.
