Knowing that both Bryan Anderson and Bessie Smith played roles in this crime, do think I should consider them friend or foe. I'd like to remind you that my family turned to Bryan for help...after that I was raped and his department covered it all up.
Bessie came here to "help Kevin's family" and ended up stealing money from me and telling both my sister and mother to lie to me about it. The amount was over $30,000, does that matter. It left me penniless and broke my mom's heart and mind.
So tell Benjamin your vote and he can tell his father what you all think.

FYI: My current thought process, without Bessie or Bryan telling my mom and dad or sister or me the truth is that I will seek from my attorney every penny of Bryan's pension and the longest term I can get from a prosecutor for Bessie Smith. Neither of these people have shown me or my family one tiny bit of consideration. They have shown a propensity to lie and deceive. What I do want to know is how you feel.
I want to see Bessie Smith behind bars and I want to see Bryan responsible for his informants like a police officer should have been. This crime should have been solved years ago and the torture that I've endured is purely punitive. Bessie does nothing and has everything she wants. Bryan's department covered over a rape with strong evidence against Lori LaFond and her brother.
I want the punishment to fit the crime after the crime too. Bryan has let my mom and dad down so badly that their health is in decline. Bessie was so worried about my mom's memory, that she hasn't even seen her once in ten years. She used this excuse to steal money from her...never even went by to see her. Just took the money and hid.
