Lori LaFond, "Can't stand these people," but she'll use each and every one of them because someone told them to be silent. It's the one thing that I am most positive about. As soon as I knew that Jeffrey Katzenberg was telling people to "keep quiet" about this crime, I knew exactly what I had to do. I got louder and more credible.
Some people do the right thing every single time. Some people do the wrong thing every single time. It's just the way people are. Sometimes when their own families are involved they are better at doing the right thing, but when someone more powerful and wealthy comes along and tells them not to, they still do the wrong thing. It's amazing to me what money does to people. It changes them from good people to bad ones. I don't know why?
Electronic harassment, the silent crime, has been around for decades but it takes the person behind the microphone and the people reading the victims' thoughts to really create a problem for the victim. I said, from the beginning, that I wasn't someone that would ever be interested in this crime. I don't think people's thoughts are a place where I belong. Others believe the opposite. People that use other people love knowing what their target is thinking. They see it as an advantage. I don't. When a person realizes that others are watching what he thinks, the advantage becomes his...I used that advantage to measure up who was watching me and what they were doing. In the case of Jeffrey Katzenberg, he made all the wrong moves.
For most parents, knowing who the girl was behind the torture would be the greatest gift I could give. Who would have thought that a parent or two would work with her instead of against her? When you have a kid that is implanted and infected, you generally try to help your kid through it, not put him through more. Jeffrey and Marilyn put their own son through more mental torture than any parent that I could imagine. Why would a parent do that? Jeffrey blames Missy Erickson, but Bessie Smith and his neighbor David are just as guilty of misleading him into a world that reminds me of the Twilight Zone. The impossible becomes a daily struggle between what is real and what has been forced upon the victim. It's unbelievable the lengths that some parents would go through to do something good for the criminals in this case, but that's just what Jeff and Marilyn apparently did. Helping the criminals that raped over 650 gay men in Palm Springs isn't something that I'd expect any set of parents to do, but they did.
Now I'm in the position to show all of you exactly how big a liar Lori LaFond and Jeffrey Katzenberg are...on the one hand a really great feeling, on the other not so much. There is no doubt that I don't like Lori, she was given to me as the person behind the female voice of this crime. Sometimes in pieces, sometimes in parts, and sometimes she identified her own self. It wasn't hard, it was strictly predictable fair for someone that is so aggressive in her approach to drug dealing and torture. She fixates. She obsesses. She uses everyone she can think of. In the end, however, she found the right parents to help her out. Oh, she's tried lots of parents, but nobody fits the bill quite like the Katzenberg's. Wealthy, prominent, good reputations, but not such a big fan of the gays. Still, you would figure that their own son and his best friend might be able to assuage Jeffrey's misgivings about gay people, but to no avail, he still went along with tits and ass like those things make you a more credible person.
Obviously, they don't. Under his watchful eye, tits and ass, robbed my parents, my nieces, my sister and, of course, me, his opinion, was that he shouldn't get involved with those things, even when those things were aimed at hurting another family of an innocent victim. Oh he was here watching and wondering, but it had nothing to do with helping my family, it had to do with helping tits and ass. That's all he's really ever done since he got here. His wife, noticeably silent on the entire thing. They're always the last to know, aren't they?
When I came forward and went on television with this incredible story of rape and robbery, there was a noticeable silence from the Katzenberg camp, something that I think spoke more loudly than almost anything else, until Lori LaFond made a fake lab report, then filed a restraining order, then followed me to Arizona with Jeffrey's employees, and finally she sought a warrant for my arrest. She put Christopher and Anthony in jail and made Jonathan Mendenhall look dead...none of which raised a procured eyebrow from Jeffrey or Marilyn. In fact, again, they were noticeably silent on the issue. After all, when you live with Lori's girlfriend, that kind of stuff is swept under the carpet that Lori shit on. Apparently, Jeffrey will believe anything as long as it wears a bra and panties...when Missy did wear them.
If his son would only do what Missy said, Jeffrey could be a hero, but since then, Missy has turned out to be nothing more than a thief, a liar, a drug addict, and easily predictable. Even using Bessie Smith was foreseeable. Bryan Anderson allegedly told the girls to stay away from my sister, but they didn't. Even he could see where the tits and ass were heading...right at my family. When I look at the effort I made to predict what Lori was going to steal, she filed a restraining order, Jeffrey watched that entire situation unfold and said not one single thing. He actually did say something, but it was, "Don't ever talk to Kevin again." That's what he told the two people that saw Lori in Sedona that weren't in his camp. He literally helped her break her own restraining order then, years later, he helped her to rob my mother and sister of a savings account earmarked for an attorney for Christopher and myself. Just ask his wife if she knew about it and what it was for? She'll tell you she heard me tell her the same thing. This money is for Christopher and me, Marilyn. The funny thing is that others heard it too...but nobody knew why I said it.
You see, once Jeffrey helped Lori to break her own restraining order with his silence, I knew for sure whose side he was on. Squarely on Lori's side. Maybe that's why he allegedly bailed Lori out of jail under a fake name with Missy Erickson and David? Maybe he just likes people that sell drugs. Maybe he thought he could solve this crime by putting all of the informants assigned to it in jail? Maybe he just hates gay men that much. I think this last one is pretty obvious to all of the LGBTQ people that know about his endeavors in Hollywood and out here.
Jeffrey not only knew about Lori's bogus restraining order, but he also watched as I remove it to federal court, he watched as Lori pulled all the illegal strings to get it through, then he sent two of her friends, Missy, and David to help her break the order by threatening my friends on my vacation. He'll say he didn't know they would do that, but the fact remains that you don't send help to a criminal, period. I imagine that Missy and David tried to enforce Jeffrey's power by saying something like, "If you want Jeffrey and Marilyn to help you, stop being Kevin's friend immediately." I think that because that is what they did without any rhyme or reason, they just simply disappeared right after that trip. I think I saw Jonathan once or twice afterward but I never heard another word from Anthony ever again. Wonder why? It's everything that Lori couldn't do, but could through him. If Jeffrey wasn't behind that, then why wouldn't he or his son tell them to do the opposite and help me like they had been? You see, it's what he fails to do that is the crime. It's an obstruction using power and promises, broken promises mostly.
You know there are many people over the years that fucked me over because of this crime. Some had to, some didn't. Jeffrey and Marilyn definitely did not have to take the path that they took. The path of backstabbing and fraud. I've never met parents that are so understanding of criminals and yet the victims can go straight to Hell. I think it speaks volumes about the character of both Jeffrey and Marilyn, neither of which would I ever trust. I knew I couldn't the second that Bessie Smith made her appearance here saying what a close friend of my family she was. "Was" is the operable word her too. My family hasn't seen Bessie Smith in over 30 years, but she sure came running when there was a target she could use for money. Jeffrey is a fool. He's easily fooled by women. He trusts them over and over and every single time they screw him over, he blames me. I can't be responsible for his poor taste in women, but I can tell you that I would never have trusted these girls with my family and I said so many times. He trusted them with my family.
Maybe Jeffrey didn't value my honesty. Maybe he thought he'd found a project he could steal. Maybe he wanted to punish his own son. Maybe he wanted to punish the whole gay community. Perhaps he thinks so much of the Palm Springs Police Department that he thought he'd help them out by silencing me? Who knows, who cares and who the fuck does he think he is?
Rape is a horrible crime. Intentional infection is even worse. His desire to continue this crime in our area for over 13 years speaks volumes for a man that can get a billion dollars in investments for a company that he started in the middle of this investigation. Obviously, our lives don't matter, but his ambitions do. If any of you blame me for this crime, that's fine. I have nothing more to do with it than any other victim that the police and Lori LaFond targeted. I did nothing to her my whole life. I also did nothing to Bessie Smith and Missy Erickson. I did nothing to David or Brian LaFond or Christian Johnson. Nothing to Leah Fauntleroy either. Jeffrey likes to make criminals into victims...and makes victims into nothing.
Thanks for making me nothing Marilyn...I thought you were better than that.
