The Difficult Choices I Have To Make To Stay Free!

When you see how far Lori went to try to have me illegally jailed, you will understand why most victims of this crime are afraid of the police and telling the truth.

When I made the decision to be sober, to move out of Palm Springs without Christopher, and stop doing anything that would be helpful to Lori hurting others, it came with a huge price.  The price you pay for not becoming one of "Lori's victims" is your freedom and your safety.  Nobody tells Lori, "No", because she "won't take 'no' for an answer!"  That is her rule.  Sounds like a rapist doesn't it?  I know so.

Since I moved home, she followed me with her brother and have been living in the same house, next to the highway, for many years.  It won't surprise Steven Frey that she is less than a quarter mile from the police headquarters.  You know Lori, "stick it in their faces attitude".  (Steven would laugh right here and say, "she's probably done it there too now."

I never had a criminal record before moving to Palm Springs and I never intended to get arrested after I left.  Why should I?  I work a normal job.  I don't go anywhere or see anyone.  I am sober.  I don't have any need to be around people while she is still following me.

So the decision I had to make about talking about this crime came at the price of people thinking me to be strange, on drugs or something else.  I assure you, I am as normal and intelligent as I seem.  So then the decision begins, "What do I do about what Lori and Brian did to me?"  A reasonable person is not just going to go through this experience and not help others that are afflicted with this crime and rape.  A reasonable person finds a way to communicate this somewhere where Lori and Brian can't steal a phone or a password.  To not say anything about it would be a crime.  Negligence if nothing else.  I was taught that when it comes to terrorism, "If you hear something, say something!"  That is the standard these days.  Florida, California, Las Vegas and many other places would have benefited from people knowing what someone was doing playing around with the Verizon cell phone network and others.

What I feared, as did most of the other victims, was the retaliation for telling them the truth.  There isn't anyone in that department that handles electronic harassment.  I can assure you that they know what this is, but you don't see them trying to either stop it or find the girl that "hooked them up."  The reason is because they either don't know how horrible she is or they don't care.

I've been through all the shit with the PSPD that I care to have.  So what did Lori do about it?  She made something up.   Something that sounds violent but has no basis in reality.  Everyone knows that I wouldn't go near this horrible girl.  Knowing where she was came purely from her own uncle's mouth without any coaxing.  You can't avoid someone if you don't know where they are...this was enough information for me.  Steer clear of her.  She seems to show up places, like memorials, where she isn't expected all the time.  None of my friends know her all that well and she uses this system to follow me.  Then she complains.

So my choice was to either allow this to continue or risk retaliation from the police if I said something. I was arrested six or seven times after the first two rapes...none of which resulted in a conviction.  That's a whole lot of times being picked up and put into custody without a guilty plea or verdict and the reason is simple, there was nothing to arrest me for.  It was Lori's way of teaching me a lesson.

So the dilemma was to see if Lori would make up another lie to try to get me in trouble here.  She did and it came in the form of a "workplace violence" restraining order...this is a stalker's way of bringing the victim into their world.  Since laws were broken and the commissioner didn't even let me attend the hearing, you can see that the retaliation is all hers.  Then, after all of the things that she'd complained about were gone offline, by my own action, nobody ordered me to, she had her "friend" at the court issue a warrant for my arrest.  You can see who is trying to control who here.  It isn't me.  You see she wants me to say something "violent" or "threatening" because she wants to look like the victim.

I seek a peaceful and non-violent legal solution to this problem.  This is just me, again, telling you that the choice I had to make was to put it online and tell you, the victims, that will look online to find out who is behind this crime.  I know, that's how I found out about it.  Why should this be illegal?  If YOU hear something, YOU should say something.  That's what reasonable people do.

Someone has to warn the public about what I know to be true.  I did the work to find out who was getting these kinds of "favors" from Commissioner Best.  Now that we know, shouldn't we be doing better?  You can bet Lori will try to say she's the victim again, but I can assure you, she isn't the one with the broken skull.  That person is me.
