Silver Goes Good With Red Hands: Lori's Caught, But Is She Lisa?

When people think about this crime and what was accomplished in 2009 with one really poorly chosen approach by Lori LaFond, they will understand that she caught herself red handed because of her ego and because of her experience.

I keep having to remind people that I am a former U.S. Justice Department employee and I have a lot of training when it comes to informant work and when it comes to the law.  I've been in many trials.  I've seen hundreds of investigations.  I asked lots of questions of people.  I learned from the best and the best is what I took with me when I left the court to pursue the person that took a shot at me while I was employed there.  The stalking wasn't going to stop itself.   The danger to my professional co workers was too large.  I needed to do something bigger and better.  I did.

When Lori is on this system and she is telling you that she isn't caught, she's lying to you.  Lori LaFond, not the employee of the City of La Quinta is in a lot of trouble at the flick of a switch.  It takes almost no effort to have her arrested and jailed.  After her identity is proven to be the woman that does not and did not work there..."workplace violence" and the decision to pretend to be someone she isn't is going to cost her freedom.

Whether Lori is "Lisa" or not, is not the question.  It is the wisdom of pretending to be a City of La Quinta employee, after stalking me to Sedona, Arizona that is in question.  By statute, Lori LaFond and the City of La Quinta, broke federal law along with the Commissioner that granted the order than issued a warrant for my arrest a few months later, but too late to violate my probation.

The same Commissioner that illegally issued a restraining order during a federal stay, then proceeds to issue a warrant for my arrest based on that restraining order just barely after my probation period ran out.  The probation I was on came from an illegal sentence to Prop 36 (drug diversion) for a non drug related crime and three years of probation.  You see, my theory is that Lori was running out of time so she pretended to work for the City of La Quinta for a free attorney then tried to get an arrest warrant to violate my probation.  The whole restraining order was based on the blog "HateLisa" which I suspended at her attorney's request and didn't exist any longer.  It was offline when he signed a warrant and had been for months since his order was issued.  The order, by the way, did not prevent me from having the blog or using her name.  I obliged her attorney's request and went even further and suspended the blog.  This blog had nothing to do with that order.

Clearly the warrant was punitive for the comments I'd made, as an informant, about the illegal sentencing practices of the Commissioner's courtrooms, both Best and Cribbs.

Why Lori LaFond chose to pretend to be someone she wasn't after following me to Sedona, I do not know.  It wasn't a smart choice.  

If the Commissioner had taken the time to read her moving papers instead of simply granting the City's request he would have known that Lori was suspected of lying and saying that she worked for the police and others when she did not.  He had all the tools available but did something illegal.  You see Lori pointed the way to her own plan to make an end run around federal law.  That calls her "employment" into question and when they find out she didn't work there...the handcuffs go on.

Most people think I need Jonathan and Anthony to testify to what they saw in Sedona with her, but for me, that is an exercise in lying.  I've seen it too many times when "friends" change their minds and lie for Lori.  I don't need them to do that for me.  I have her on the papers alone.  The ensuing eight years, the last five with an illegal warrant (no restraining order, no warrant) have been Hell on Earth.  Money was stolen, people died, boyfriend was jailed, friend was jailed and I've suffered immeasurably.

I don't really think that Lori needs to open her big fat mouth any longer.  Whether she is Lisa or not, isn't the issue.  It is whether or not I was denied due process as an informant and a citizen.  I was denied this with a court hearing that wasn't suppose to happen and was, in fact, taken off calendar by the federal court.

You see I could have used Jonathan's testimony at that hearing or any other before December 25, 2010 when he was pronounced dead by a letter from his father to me.

So it doesn't really matter, at this point, whether Lori LaFond is Lisa or not, all that matters is that she forced this restraining order through illegally and that she does not work there.

She needs to re-read this over and over again along with Jeffrey to understand that I could have been done with this case in 2010.  No bloodshed, no jail time for my friends and with Christopher living with me.

The reason I asked Jeffrey to "please help me" was for his son Benjamin and my friend Martin.  Without a stitch of help from him, I can't do anything but say this was eight years caused by his interference.  I've tried, I've begged, pleaded and explained until it has become way too dangerous for me and my family.  When they start lying to me in favor of Lori, it's time to shut it down.
