We have a rate of infection of these diseases far more times higher than the national average for one reason...someone is knocking out gay men and giving it to them on a regular basis. This chief has been there for the majority of this crime and he supports officers that have committed these crimes against us. I should know, he did it to me without flinching. He's put every single one of my friends in jail without a single bit of punishment for the officers that participated in this program of espionage and privacy invasion. What kind of police department supports rape as a viable means of finding out information about the public they are sworn to protect?
