Tyler Barris and Lori LaFake: Swatting HIV Victims For Further Harassment?

Ambush arrests?  This is Tyler Barris and he is a kitty cat compared to Lori LaFake.

I've never heard of a more deranged drug dealer in my life.

While federal authorities are now looking into the case of Tyler, who decided to make a fake phone call to a police department a few states away that resulted in the death of a person, Lori still remains free.  After the beating that I took in a friend's home, just inches away from police headquarters, it is a miscarriage of justice to think that he is under arrest, but Lori still isn't.

The reason is simple.  Lori has our police department in her back pocket and she has since the late 80's.  You would think that once she got caught by the Department of Justice for Riverside County's lab, she would have stopped.  You would think that the police would have done the same...not yet.

It's not a secret in our community that the Chief of Police let lots of senior officers go in favor of the recruits that Officer Rae Fernandez helped to get "hooked up" into this system.  Allegedly.  From what I've heard, if you were not willing to go along with the program of remote neural monitoring the gay community, then you were forced into an early retirement.  This is not legal.  The "rookie" cops that had no experience in investigation or even arrests were kept in favor of their loyalty to this horrible system.  In other words, they were willing to keep their mouths shut.  There is another faction of officers, however, that do not agree that this was smart.  You see when you cut loose friends that have a long record of service, in favor of criminal cops, you've made a huge mistake.

Our police department is too autonomous as it is.  This whole department needs to be shaken down to its core.  There needs to be light shed on this experimentation program on our community and the cost to our lives.  One drug dealer and a handful of cops have been selected to "run Palm Springs" and that isn't going to wash with the LGBTQ community no matter what "out of touch gay leader" they talk to.  Lots of these people that "advise" the PSPD on gay matters have no idea what has happened here.  They don't know the cost to our community because they have very little to do with the people that were targeted.  I assure you, none of these forgotten gay men and women are forgotten by my investigation.

I've been arrested many times without convictions at the PSPD.  Many of those times, they left me in a jail cell for days with no physical proof of drug use.  NONE!  I was there for a week once...no charges because I wasn't on drugs.  This was all Lori's advice and when you see and hear how she acts on the "beekeeper" video, you will understand that it isn't about drugs...it's about revenge.  Police are helping this monster effect a revenge plot on the entire gay community.  It has to stop now!

I know Lori.  I know what she is like.  She's already called someone else about me to the PSPD and I know who it is.

For reporting my own rape I ended up with a lengthy arrest record with no convictions.  This is simply because the rapist was advising the police who to go after.  I've been the target of their hate for many years.  I know the look and so does my boyfriend.  We just happen to be informants, signed, sealed and delivered, no matter what the Chief of Police says.  If he is part of the crime, then we have the right to represent the People of the State of California in federal court...and boy can I hardly wait.
