In the 40 year old case of being aggressively stalked by someone that tried to have my father jailed for molesting a student, the stakes have gotten higher. First of all, it has come to my attention that "the reason" that Lori has continued to stalk and harass me since I was a little boy was simply because the accuser in that case against my father knew that I was present during one of the times that nothing happened. My father was acquitted but Lori blamed me. Since that time she has put the blame for her failed scheme squarely on my shoulders and has attacked me with HIV, a gun, a blunt instrument and followed me to Sedona, Arizona on vacation.
Her aggressive nature is nothing new to me, but her tactics were unknown until I moved to Palm Springs, in person, to find her. At the time, I didn't know who I was looking for, just someone that has known me since I was in high school. That was the "word on the street" when it came to people that she talked to about me. This "female drug dealer" told people that she went to high school with me and that I was once her friend/boyfriend/fiance until I did something to her. What I did remains a question to me and everyone else. I never did wrong to this person in my entire life. I never even spoke about her.
Since then she embarked on a campaign of hatred toward my sister and me that is unparalleled in criminal history as far as I can tell. Never, in history, has there been a more lopsided attacking of a family. This girl has serious problems if she thinks that any member of my family has EVER done her wrong. She is so bullshit that I can't even listen to one more story that she has made up about my entire family. It's all untrue. It is true that my father was falsely accused, but he was acquitted when there was no evidence that supported the student's claim of abuse. I should know, I was there when one thing that was alleged, DID NOT HAPPEN! It simply was a lie.
Palm Springs' has its own case that they can look at if they want to see the kind of damage that Lori and Brian bring to an innocent man. The case of Steve Fabian, beloved football coach and teacher was once also falsely accused by a female student who was set up to point the finger by Lori. Lori, being from 29 Palms knows this person because both Bryan Anderson and I do. When she found out that he was a coach, her little mind went into accusation mode again, knowing that she was once very close to putting a "teacher/coach/father" in prison for something he did not do.
Knowing Bryan Anderson and me seems to be a theme for Little Miss Big Mouth. Her need to hurt people that we know has become a passion for her. My brother in law, my father, my sister and lots of others, including Steve Fabian, are targets of misdirected hate. Lori thinks that she can have anyone accused of anything she says and the police will follow suit. In my case, she accused and accused, but nothing was ever true. She says, "Look at his arrest record" to wit I reply, "...and look at the convictions." There are no convictions just a whole lot of police retaliation for me reporting the crime of rape and drug dealing by Lori and her brother. I know they are drug dealers because my brother in law told me he bought drugs from them...(insert mic drop here).
There is no other excuse...she is literally running the City of Palm Springs by telephone, fax, email and text because our police chief has no balls to stop her.
I want that chief to know something. My team is looking at aggravated stalking charges that we intend to include police officers in. The constant harassment that I suffered while living in Palm Springs as a rape victim, reported to the police, is stunning. The record speaks for itself. You can't simply keep arresting someone that reported a rape, over and over again, simply because the rapist "works for you." This is like the chief of police being a rapist and because he won't order his own men to arrest him, he walks free. There is no difference. Our chief is a ball-less wonder when it comes to putting his foot down where Lori is concerned. This is a costly mistake.
