It's time to "wake up and smell the coffee". This constant harassment of me and my family in full view of some and hearing of others must be exposed. It is the law and it is controlling in the State of California where a victim of stalking (bullet in my car door and repeated rapes and beatings with the intentional infection of HIV, many threats via text and emails, and a bullshit restraining order, would qualify me as the victim) is in eminent danger, there is no respect for the confidentiality of the stalker. None! This is the case of Tarasoff vs. Regent, U.C. and it does put the public peril first and foremost ahead of the "confidentiality of the stalker". In other words, I have been right this whole time.
I can tell you that there are writings in diaries that go back at least 20 years talking about being stalked. Then there are the evidence and eye witnesses to the stalking first hand. There are witnesses to the rape and to the shooting in San Diego that have not been able to report Lori and Brian for that crime. If they have reported it, why, then are the siblings still not being questioned?
My safety and the safety of my family rests in the hands of a Hollywood producer and his wife that know that my family has been stalked for decades with many attempts on many of us to harm. One family member is dead. One family member has been infected intentionally with HIV for thirty years. He's been shot at. He's been bludgeoned. He's been talked about to the officers at the PSPD. That person is me. My sister has had one husband killed, one husband lied to and robbed, one boyfriend told lies about my father and others. You see, what Lori and Brian are doing is something that I am bound, by the law, legally to tell you. I have a right to protect the public from what I know and what has happened to me, no matter what Chief Bryan Reyes says. He knows better than to listen to stories about me from Lori, he should know that stalking a person with this technology is a serious crime. He isn't the Chief for this area. He doesn't think about the human toll and the costs to the victims of this crime.
Nobody has the right to continue to put me through this when there is ample evidence showing, by her own admissions, that Lori is the stalker. She knows it, her family knows it and so do the rest of you.
I don't have to keep silent about what has happened to me and, in fact, it would be illegal of me not to do something. I can't go to the police because they are part of this crime and when I have gone to them in the past, they targeted me for arrests without any probable cause or convictions. The case is clear. I was raped by my stalker, I reported the rape as I was told to do and from that point forward I was targeted by the police, the City of La Quinta, the Riverside District Attorney and Commissioner's Best and Cribbs for dumping on. You can clearly see that I am made to admit to allegations that can not be substantiated because of the court's need to look generous.
The court wasn't generous to me by forcing me to admit to an allegation that wasn't sustainable. They should have dismissed the allegation and said nothing. Instead, the Larson Justice Center Commissioners think they are cute by forcing an electronic harassment victim to admit to something a prosecutor can't prove "in the interest of justice" but that isn't an accurate reflection of what has happened. I was arrested and held for a week without a single allegation being produced. During that time I was humiliated in custody by members of the PSPD and others. There is video of a bee keeper type spit hood on my head while other officers are being told to "hit him" and other things by Lori on the microphone at her home. She is communicating with them and telling them to humiliate me. I shouldn't have ever been there in the first place.
When I finally got to court, the Commissioner had no evidence of anything...so they forced me to admit to an allegation that wasn't provable. There was no drug test positive for drugs and I should never have been kept in custody. The court wanted to look like they were "giving me a second chance" when the reality was that the police were shaking me down. They had no reason to arrest me. They had no reason to keep me. They had no reason to put a spit hood on me for an hour or so...it was ridiculous. It was humiliation for reporting my rape.
This is the case that Jeffrey must pay attention to...if he doesn't act, we are going to have a problem.
All this talk by Lori about how this is so "disrespectful" to her or her family is set aside by the "prevention of harm" to others. I have lived by this concepts. I have followed by these rules because of the training that I have. Does Lori represent "harm to others"? Well, I can tell you that she does. I have been infected twice, beaten, shot at and I have a family member that is dead...if that doesn't represent "harm" then look at the case of the "false accusation of my father" for molesting a student that lived near Lori while she grew up. My father was acquitted, but Lori spent the rest of her life trying to make "her story" a reality. Then she went on to try it again with Coach Fabian in the Palm Springs area. Yes, this is considered "harm". It is harmful to the families of the accuser and of the people being accused. They could lose everything because of Lori's need to hurt people.
Far and away I am living a life of constant fear. Not telling my parents is a direct violation of the "prevention of harm" concepts. It is clear from evidence and eye witnesses that Lori was involved. Jeffrey's plan of "not telling" my parents is a violation of the law. Bryan Anderson has a responsibility as a police officer that IS implanted to respect the safety of my family. My mother, father and sister all have suffered because of the lack of concern for our safety. I've done my best to warn as many people as I can and, yes, the infection explosion has slowed.
Because of the efforts that I made, possibly hundreds of gay men are not suffering from HIV intentional infections. The PSPD thinks it is because they are doing such a great job, that isn't true. It is because of the efforts of ONE person, me. that Lori and Brian are not able to create the crime that they have been committing for decades. I did that as a way of staying legal.

Why hasn't someone talked to my former employer at the U.S.District Court to find out exactly what John Morrill got or was told so that I wouldn't be rehired? This is a concept that shows a continued attempt to harm me and my family. I was, by far, the best candidate for that position, yet my former friend, wouldn't even talk to me. Only Jeffrey knows why this happened. Why isn't he coming forward with that information?
