One thing is for certain about the night that I was almost shot and killed in San Diego coming home from a friend's apartment...someone was lying in wait to commit that crime.
I can recall that night like it was yesterday. I'd been followed relentlessly for years as my diary entries will represent. One of the places that the stalking was the worst was at Craig Hopkin's home on Albatross just above the airport. When I would go there to hang out of have dinner, you could literally sit on the balcony and watch these people driving by trying to get a closer look. His upstairs' neighbor was constantly complaining about the "noise" from below, but it was always quiet there. Now I am finding out that this was just more of Brian and Lori trying to cause problems for my friend that lived there. Eventually, Craig also moved to Palm Springs, where he too would run in to Jessica...Lori in disguise and he too would understand the level of hatred that Lori and Brian shared for me.
Brian even approached Craig to film me inside of his home once and I caught him, wrote about it in my diary and he apologized. He has seen Brian and knows that he was involved in the plot to have me fired from my job at the U.S. District court.
What we are looking in to now are the phone messages, back and forth, from cell phone towers near the El Cortez Hotel where the shooting took place. It is my understanding that Lori and Brian wanted me "dead by her (Lori's) birthday". The shooting was just days before...and I've been told that there is a litany of cell phone text messages between the two talking about where I was and when I was coming home the night that I was shot.
I am understanding now that Lori had a "death wish" that her brother was to complete that night and when it didn't go all the way through, Lori began telling her brother everything that I told the police directly after the shooting. Nobody was around but myself and the cop who found the bullet in the door frame of my car.
The night that I met Christopher Monti, I got a spoofed text message on my phone from Steven Frey's number that read, "Now I know why there is a bullethole in ur cardoor, too bad they missed." I showed this to Sgt. Bryan Anderson the next day and I can almost guarantee you that whomever sent that message was involved in that crime. It certainly wasn't Steven Frey. It had to be from someone that knew that Christopher and I were about to become informants for Bryan and was afraid that it would ruin her drug supply.
Jonathan Mendenhall allegedly saw Lori send this text message to me...when I got it, I thought, "Who knew about "they" and what happened in San Diego?" I've said before that Lori is homicidal and that this message, if traced, would prove it came from her. I know she is the person that I suspect did this and I refuse to hold back any longer.
