When you enter into an agreement with an informant using this system and then you change the agreement behind his back without informing him for nine years putting his life in extreme danger...you've broken the law. I am now revoking the permissions of the local team to conduct this surveillance on me. They've done none of the work that I have asked them to do and have provided Missy with information that has assisted the subject of our investigation, a serial rapist and domestic terrorist, with information about my family and friends that I kept from her for over thirty years. This kind of sensitive information was important for me to keep from her. Jeffrey and Marilyn Katzenberg handed it to Laurie and Missy as if it meant nothing.
This investigation has used a power of permission wrongly and without the intent with which it was given. I will not allow anyone in that home to continue to have permission to monitor me. Instead my permission is transferred to Jonathan's family and Barbara to monitor me from a remote location. This local monitoring service is now related to drug activity and organized crime that I do not want to be associated with.
