How do steal money from a bank account with someone else's name or business and make it look like the account holder stole it them himself? That's the real question when it comes to money laundering. It's a two part scheme that takes a very simple two part answer. The police won't like it. Parents won't like it. Victims hate it, but the truth is that it is a simple answer.
First, you have to destroy the reputation of the intended target. "Homeless man charged with strong armed robbery" was the article titled for the arrest of Christopher Monti when he was arrested for allegedly stealing a bicycle...only he can tell you why he would plead guilty to a charge he was innocent of. My theory is very simple. The charge carried a much heavier sentence in a courtroom that hangs the victims of electronic harassment. The plea offers a much simpler way of dealing with the problems that Laurie has already caused in a situation that has more warrants than he can explain like traffic tickets that he didn't get, but bear his name and his driver's license number. These things build up and go to warrants and deplete the character of the target turning a Lutheran priest into a "dangerous irresponsible" criminal in the press and in the police squad room and on their car computers.
The truth is that once the police have a gay man that Laurie has targeted for hate, she turns them into drug addicted marginalized societal dregs that nobody likes. The police computer shows arrests but they rarely look at convictions. You take me for example. Until I came to Palm Springs, I'd never even had any contact with a police officer in my life. The only contact was as a victim of a drive by shooting. After coming to Palm Springs and reporting my rape, I was subsequently stopped and or arrested seven or more times without any convictions....that means arrested but not convicted. Why? This is all done as a means of character assassination on the police computer and, if you speak out about it on television or in the press, then the police assassinate you there too. "Kevin Bond has mental issues" or "there is no current rape investigation" was the way they killed me in the press on the air and on their web page. It makes the victim of rape look like a liar.
If you check the commentary on those websites after Christopher's arrest and mine, then you can get the idea that both Christopher and I, both police informants, are being "dirtied up" on the Internet by someone that seems to know us, knows the police opinion of us and wants to say that she knows about our case. She talks about Christopher's arrest record, his past, my rape, the hospital results, the police investigation and more....almost like she knows more than what she is saying, but she makes a whole lot of mistakes. This is character assassination of two police informants and it is a threat.
Laurie doesn't like anyone informing the police BUT HER! She can't do it legally, but she'll be damned if two of her victims are going to do it. She's even gone so far as to tell Christopher that "he is no longer working for Bryan Anderson but now working for her" in person on film. This was filmed at her request, but saved by my team. It's an amazing admission caught on tape in a salacious game of lying and deceit.
So the first part is what I like to call re-marginalizing the marginalized members of the gay community. I can tell you this. The member/victims of my team are far from marginalizable. They are outstanding. They are as top of the page as they come. I don't work with people that aren't top notch at what they do. I took time to pick my team and I worked very hard to make certain that each had a characteristic that would lend itself to this investigation in one way or another. They aren't, in any way, the dregs of society. They are the cream of the crop. They, for the most part, are all college graduates, some with post graduate degrees. They have been leaders in our community, city level, state level and federal level. We are the people that work very hard and Laurie has always wanted to dominate us. Ruining our reputations has been a high priority for a very long time. She calls Jonathan, "Mr. Smarty Pants", I'm "Mr. Perfect", Christopher is "Mr. Wonderful" and so on. She does it mockingly, but we know where that comes from. Our friends lovingly call us "Sherlock" and "Watson" among other names.
Ruining our reputations with the police is a time honored tradition with Laurie. She's done this to many fine young men and women in our community. There are many great people that have been jailed or imprisoned that were not guilty of being anything more than raped, implanted, marginalized, and convicted because of a system that does not understand the ramifications of this system of torture. Yes, innocent men went to prison. Lots of them. Lots and lots of them. Over time, the meth and disease reputation gave rise to the Desert AIDS Project here in Palm Springs, but it also gave rise to the horrible reputation that grew within the PSPD. Now, what you will see, with Laurie's almost 9 year departure is a dramatic reduction in Gay meth arrests and the infection rate should be down too. I don't know how many men were infected by Laurie that didn't know it and how many went on to infect others, but that is a statistic that could grow...or not. That depends on the police, the media and this team. How good are we at finding and treating these boys and men and their partners?
The second part is a simple case of bank fraud. Dummy accounts set up in the victim's name. Let's say there is a victim with lots of money that is sent to him by his parents. Let's call him Michah. Michah's parents are wealthy and he has a trust fund. He lives in a condo that his parents pay for. Every month, at the same time, he receives a healthy influx of money from his family of $7,000. If Laurie and her brother implant him and infect him, they can set up another account; a dummy Michah #2 at the same bank he receives his money. So with the information that Laurie gets from his thinking she takes money from Michah #1 transfers it into Michah #2 and removes his money. If his parents ever question where the money goes...it looks like he stole it himself. If Laurie wants to drain the whole account, she takes it all and he has no explanation....and it looks the same. I know Michah and he told me Laurie stole all kinds of things from him...he left and moved away. I saw whom he told me was "Jessica", it was Laurie. I know it was her.
There is also the "sister" of the victim account. Laurie just loves thinking that a sister steals money from a brother then the two blame each other. All it takes is a fake identification from the victim's sister....this is what you see some of in the Steven Frey case. Trading back and forth of mortgages between brother and sister. To the tune of half a million dollars.
There are endless bank fraud schemes, but they always come back to haunt the victim of this crime...the victim gets re-victimized over and over again without having ever done one single thing wrong. First they get raped, then they get HIV (for a long slow painful death), then they get implanted, marginalized, reputation destroyed, used, arrested, imprisoned and forgotten and nobody is the wiser. Their families write them off as losers or drug addicts without any ambition or drive, but the simple truth is that they've had their opportunity stolen from them and the families themselves victimize their own family member as a final slap in the humiliated face of the victim of forty years of torture. It is a humiliating life.
