When you have a judge that gives out a sweet deal on what would or could have been a much longer sentence in a trial, then you end up taking a plea to something that you didn't do...and the cops stop looking for that money that is missing. In the normal world, the cops keep looking for the money. In the Coachella Valley, the guilty plea ends the case and nobody's looking any longer. That's called bullshit. A financial victim and his money are soon parted in the Coachella Valley when an electronic harassment victim is blamed for the loss. Take, for instance, the case of John O'Brien.
The former financial officer of the Desert AIDS Project was also a victim of electronic harassment and remote neural monitoring. The police know it because of the information that Laurie passed on to them, the notes that she took about him and the handwritten numbers that correspond with the RFID chip in his head. The money he was "accused" of stealing was two million dollars. Those of us that knew John know one thing. He would NEVER do that! NEVER. He was way too nice and kind and way too smart. The opportunity to steal that money came from being a victim of this crime, knowing the bank account number where the DAP's monies were deposited and when the deposits were made. Laurie also knew John's account numbers....transferring that money into an account with his name on it opened by her brother with his id is simple. Take the money, make it look like him, then transfer most of the money back and tell the police about it.
Laurie got this guy busted so many times. Even Anthony got busted at his home when he wasn't living there. He notoriously hated "Jessica" and even told me so. I know that Christopher would vouch for him. Jonathan would. Anthony and so would many others. This was a crime that was orchestrated by Laurie...allegedly. She had the means, motive and opportunity. She HATES the Desert AIDS Project!!!
This is a scheme that Laurie has used many times. A simple check of the DMV database for picture ID's bearing the names of the individuals that have had money stolen will show you how many accounts have been opened by Laurie and her brother....allegedly. Stolen id's or fake id's these accounts are used to transfer money to then the transfers go to another account where the money is withdrawn and disappears. A simple call from Laurie to the police when the money goes missing then puts the victim in jail. Just ask Kenneth Charles Frank whom went to jail for ripping off Earl Greenberg whom started the Desert AIDS Project. Ken spent years in prison for that theft, but nobody looked for the money after he was imprisoned. It was just gone, the bank pays back the bank customer and Laurie makes off with what she stole. The innocent gay victim of rape them goes to jail....there is something so evil in that, I can't explain. That is the worst case scenario for all of us.
The victims end up taking some sweetheart deal from the hanging judge down at the courthouse on the recommendation of a dirty district attorney that is getting some kind of cop recommendation from Laurie pretending to be a cop on the phone, so they plead guilty. If they aren't offered a deal, the defendant will fight it and they could find the money, but if they are offered a deal they don't risk long jail time. Most of these innocent men don't risk fifteen years in jail and take the five offered in the deal of the century because they don't know how this crime could have occurred.
Look at Steven Frey. He was arrested with GHB. A year and a half in prison for that much of that scheduled drug could get you a life sentence in federal court. It should get you fifteen years in state court, but for some reason the district attorney dropped the GHB entirely at sentencing. Why? It was because Steven was willing to say where he got it (from Laurie) or whom was forcing him to sell it for her so she "pretended" to be Rae Fernandez and got that portion dropped from his charge. No GHB, no long prison term. These are the kinds of things that happen when Laurie gets involved. If the police asked Steven, "Did Laurie force you to sell GHB for her" I know what his answer would be. I know because I saw the GHB magically appear at his home when he wasn't even there. One minute it wasn't there then it was...I know how it got there.
The money is the issue. Where does that money go? Well, I only know of one girl that doesn't have any work history, at all, that sits around all day long, is fifty years old and still can pay for her life. That's Laurie. Now I don't know about you, but if I were a cop, I would be awfully interested in how she was "earning a living" without having a job or paying taxes with all of these victims around that she talks to the police about. She's the only one with that kind of opportunity that can't explain her income. The rest of us can all tell you how we live, how is it that she can't. I know one thing, she doesn't work where she said she did, someone with her name does. Why lie?
