When a person, knowingly and intelligently, uses their own body to manufacture agents of biological destruction like bacterial MERSA STAPH OR HIV, then, with malice and forethought, drugs an individual with a chemical that renders them without a memory while those biological agents are inserted into another person's body, they have committed a crime. Is that crime a terrorist act? Here's the thing. We all know that it is an attempt at killing that individual, but when it is done to replicate these agents in another person's body without them knowing, and over time, allowing them to expose other people to them, doesn't that include the crime of biological terror for the initiator of the crime? I think so. I think what it does is create a human dirty time bomb that could have pandemic repercussions like we see in the Coachella Valley. There is much more to this crime than meets the eye.
I have been told by sources that during the infection process that Laurie has a certain phrase that she likes to tell the victims of her rape that is, during the process, recorded through the heads of already RFID chipped victims like myself..."Now go out there and give this to other people so that they know what I am going through." Though I have no memory of her saying this, it is still coming through on my line...and through the transmissions received by my team during the rape. I may have no memory of what Laurie said, but the transcript does the memory reading for me. Being tranquilized with something that mimics the effects of succinylcholine, means that a victim is paralyzed inside of their own body...but awake and conscious enough to know what is going on around them. I've heard that it is the ultimate drug for someone like laurie whom is a masochist that likes her victims alive and responsive but unable to fight back. Laurie, stupid as usual, forgets to realize that my head is recorded by many people that she requires keep an eye on me all the time...that saw just how much I couldn't stand that bitch being near me as she nearly killed me that night at Steven Frey's. Yes. It is true. I recognized her at Steven Freys....but once I woke up, the drug had erased my memory. There is no way I could possibly forget her uglier than a pig face. I see it every single time I go to sleep now when she screams at me...because she forces herself on me like a nightly rapist. I didn't think about her for nearly twenty four years...and she hated me for that. My record will show that the only time I thought of her was when Bryan Anderson forced me to by mentioning her name himself.
The police know it's her. They let her get away with it too. This is the most heinous part of the crime. How could a police department seeking sympathy from the public turn a sociopathic rapist loose in favor of their own safety? Seeking sympathy now for their own officers seems a bit like asking for something that the don't deserve from a community that doesn't like them. I disagree. I think that what the police are inviting is a huge problem. I feel very badly for their department on many levels. I think that what the public doesn't understand is based on the commitment level of many people not doing what they should to inform each other. Silence is a communities worst enemy. You can't expect a police department that works in complete autonomy to discipline themselves. That's just not going to happen. The people that know what this crime is about have an obligation to expose the police...make a showing to the State of California and effect a change that doesn't allow them to make calls that set Laurie free every time she rapes someone else and gives them a disease. If left up to them every single time, the police will cover up her mistakes. They've done it hundreds of times with hundreds of arrest that don't bear the sentences that these men have received. I've had so many arrests that didn't get convictions, but nobody seems to discipline the police for them. Whom is to blame for that? It's the people that know better that do nothing that are to blame. The chief isn't going to do it.
Look at that restraining order. So many people sat and watched Laurie lie about who she was and what she did, but nobody did anything about it, but me. They all sat around and let her get away with it. It doesn't require anything more than a conversation to stop her, but you are all making yourselves look so afraid that it gives Laurie confidence in her ability to lie. That's only going to make you and her worse. It keeps the cycle of law breaking alive and well in the Coachella Valley. This is a broken system of law breakers.
The police fear people that speak out against what they've done, so they arrest them. They don't like people saying that they've been raped and infected so they make them look bad on the news and in the papers. It's easier than doing their jobs. If a prostitute gets murdered then nobody gives a shit. If two cops get ambushed, the police get sympathy out the nose for weeks. I was brutally raped and beaten less than a quarter mile from the office of Chief Bryan Reyes and I was left for dead. You all feel sympathy for him and his officers. So do I. Do you think for one second that he felt any sympathy for me? He told me, "There is nothing more that we can do for you." His department said, "Kevin Bond has mental issues" on the television news. "There is no rape investigation" and I reported it. I was brutalized sleeping over at a friends home. I wasn't on drugs. I wasn't partying. I wasn't carousing. I wasn't in a dangerous area of town. I was two minutes from police head quarters. They never went to the scene of the crime. The took years to get the evidence processed. They lied. They accosted me. They came up with two DNA reports. They didn't look at pictures from the crime scene. The ignored lab reports. They had two suspects in to test for DNA. They did nothing...they dropped it. Is that what they do to women? Drop it?
The reason this happened is because people didn't tell the truth. It's because two women are more important than me. It's because MONEY is more important than a gay man's life. It is far more important that TWO WOMEN look innocent than a gay man gets justice for being raped. That's the entire reason this happened this way. Someone decided that TWO WOMEN were more important than 650 gay men. The only reason I'm still writing today is because someone is white washing the past of two women that are guilty of many crimes against this community and myself that refuse to help me and my team without the benefit of my team lying for them. One of these women is a millionaire now, since she's been here...she found "true love", the other gold dug her way into a small fortune herself. Neither had a penny to their name when they got here. You do the math. One millionairess, one gold digger...and the rest of my team still hasn't had a minute of success since they arrived. "Don't help Kevin or his family!!!"
