Some people call it "sabotaging a career", others may think of it as "throwing a monkey wrench" into a situation; either way, it is very important to look at how Laurie uses the interpersonal and inter-professional aspects of police officers to effect a change in opinion about each other, their informants and crimes in the gay community. I'm just wondering how many police careers were destroyed because the terminated officer didn't like Laurie LaLiar?
I want to give you all an example of just how conniving a person, Laurie really is. It is no secret that our local police department has been through a lot of chiefs. The last chief, David Dominguez, resigned after the Warm Sands sting operation that involved cops in the Warm Sands area working on a "controversial sting" methodology. It would seem that every time someone ascends the throne of the way too powerful police department here, if they don't like Laurie, she finds a way to cause a problem that rids our department of their latest chief.
I believe that there was more going on with that sting than meets the eye.
Once I had been arrested six or seven times following my rape report being taken, I decided it was time to change my tactics with my own investigation. I'd already been asked to consider becoming an informant, a position I'd never considered before given that I needed to do research in the community as to how Laurie was snitching on everyone. I held off on the initial offer knowing that Laurie was listening to the conversation and that her supplier of meth was the target of the sting...and my friend/ex-boyfriend. I really didn't want to have Steven busted but I knew that he knew all about Laurie and this crime. On the one hand I liked Steven but on the other he'd lied to me numerous times about this crime and made me feel like it was my fault it was happening. After the last arrest almost on my 40th birthday, I made the decision. I met Christopher and called Bryan Anderson to set it up.
I'd had enough of being arrested for no reason and wanted to keep Christopher safe. I knew Bryan knew that I was capable, smart, experienced and loyal. My honesty, I thought would help too. I'm not about to lie to a cop I know and that knows my family that well. Oh yeah, I also should mention that I was sexually assaulted and beaten two weeks after the initial request to do the informant work in Steven's home. I felt that the two were related. Steven knew I'd seen Bryan too...and told me he'd heard that I was an informant for the police. I wasn't yet, but was considering it. Laurie, in her usual "too aggressive" style saw this as her opportunity to make Steven mad at me and when he wasn't, she became so enraged that I was assaulted in his home. All she was interested in was the meth. It had nothing to do with helping the police for her...she was offended that I would essentially cut off her supplier and would be more important to the cops than she was. It was a total ego blower for her. I am sure she mentioned it to Bryan after the initial offer.

Mysteriously, in the middle of the night, without so much as having seen Steven in a few weeks, I get this text that says, "Now I know why there is a bullet hole in ur cardoor, too bad they missed", as if he already knew that I'd agreed to the informant work. I already knew he got wind of my first visit to Bryan's home to discuss this situation, but now, once again, someone, perhaps Steven was aware of what we were planning the next day. How could that be? Laurie's big fat mouth. This is the girl that ACTS LIKE SHE IS THE FRIEND TO ALL POLICE OFFICERS, but the reality is that she's a drug dealer looking for her next big stash. I allege that she spoofed the phone number and sent the message herself.
This shows, immediately, the problem with informants and the PSPD. There is no confidentiality between officer and informant any longer. If Laurie wanted to set up an ambush of Christopher or myself, which she has been known to do, she easily could have. Luckily, in retrospect, that didn't happen the next day...it made me mad because of the message I'd received and now, Christopher was known to Steven to be an informant...as well as all of the other people that Laurie harasses. This puts the PSPD in a very precarious position, but necessary to demonstrate what this is like to have it stopped.
We have a witness to Laurie sending that message and to her activities the day before, during and after...he was sitting right next to her when she obstructed the operation and put all of us in danger.
The problem is that Laurie has this thing about being THE ONLY POLICE INFORMANT...in the whole area. That's problematic for the police because of her chosen career as a criminal and drug dealer, allegedly. Not to mention her illegal use of remote neural monitoring of the gay community. It's a hot mess of illegal surveillance, misinformation to the police and game playing with the people that are chosen to work with police on a given case. It's highly dangerous and we were already being threatened. After my court hearing for the very last arrest, I was not jailed and that made Laurie mad again. Again I got a text message just minutes out of the courthouse with my mom that said, "u r a deadman", again from Steven's phone number.

They said that I had to report this to the Indio sheriff and that they wouldn't get a hold of Bryan for me. I have no idea why. As is usually the case, if Laurie doesn't want you to talk to someone, she will forward their phone or erase any message you leave for them. I've even been in to the police department and threatened for trying to tell the police chief and Bryan that Steven was in my area and I'd received a death threat. Neither Officers Villegas or Dougherty would get ahold of Bryan when I begged them to talk to him. They simply said, "don't call here about Steven Frey again or the chief will press criminal charges against you". I've never been back since...for that matter.
It is important that everyone know something. Laurie, though extremely immature, knows how to do one thing well. She loves to pit one person against another. Mom vs. Dad. Sister vs. Brother. Girlfriend vs. girlfriend. Husband vs. wife. Boyfriend vs. boyfriend. The most important is Cop vs. Cop!!!

She already doesn't like Bryan because he isn't one of the cops that will go out on calls for her. It's simply a hot mess of what Laurie hates most of all between the three of us. Her solution, simple...put Kevin in jail. Put Christopher in jail. Get Bryan fired. No informants, no contact, no more problems. See, it's so basic it's elementary.
The rest is speculation, but, you know that Christopher did, in fact, got put in jail. I moved out of Palm Springs and Laurie followed me here. So what happened to Bryan Anderson? First of all he wasn't assigned to my rape, but his friends at the department were. All of them failed to tell him anything about the rape case or the informant information I tried to pass on to him. Bryan Reyes never told him about the stuff I'd left for both of them. He didn't mention the federal tax lien of a half a million dollars that I showed him. He didn't tell Bryan anything about the rape or the ACLU letter...nothing, but the two things criss cross. You see Steven was a suspect in the rape case because of the location of the rape and he was also the subject of our informant work. I was told by Bryan to keep my "eyes and ears" open, but the two Bryan's never shared information. I would show it to Reyes, but he wouldn't pass any information on to Anderson. It was almost like someone was keeping that from happening. Someone was intentionally keeping our police contact from knowing what was happening with his informants...could it be the jealous Laurie?
I was resilient, however. If the police weren't going to look at Steven's finances once he was arrested, I was going to alert the IRS as to his arrest and tell them that it could have been drug related. My intention wasn't to get Steven in to more trouble, it was to give him a chance to tell the federal authorities that he had nothing to do with it, but that he knew who did. I went then to the DEA and told them about certain aspect of the case vs. Steven Frey because I didn't want Laurie getting her hands on any more methamphetamine. I kinda expected that once Laurie got all the drugs she wanted that Steven would be thrown under the bus. All that protection she gave him went out the window once she'd procured enough meth to keep her high for 3/4 of a decade. Steven probably thought she would finally leave him alone, but the discovery of the tax lien made it imperative that she have him locked up so he couldn't answer to it. That's not the way it works. Instead Bryan Reyes didn't do anything with the large amount of money owed to the government once Steven was arrested. That's mandatory btw.
I believe that in June of 2009, Sgt. Anderson was involved in the Warm Sands sting operation and was advised by a district attorney that the operation would go as it was proposed. He'd received an "okay" from a district attorney. That's what I read anyway, but something strange happened. Along the way that district attorney never came forward. It is entirely possible that our dear Laurie posed as another Riverside County official and told Bryan to "go ahead" with the operation. Bryan then relied upon that okay and was subsequently thrown under the bus for some off color comments made during the operation and for the way the sting was conducted. All the while Bryan may have been thinking he'd gotten the "okay" from a district attorney (Aileen Alvarez is Laurie's favorite). You see she would have had no recollection of having okayed the sting and would have thought Bryan was fibbing. Bryan would have been mad thinking that she was pulling out her support that he'd received an "okay" on...so nobody was really knowing what the other had done. Bryan then took the fall for the police department in the headlines and in the gay community. They didn't know that he was secretly working with the gay community and gay informants the entire time to stop Laurie and electronic harassment. That's what you call sneaky huh Laurie?

She says she was once Bryan Anderson's four year girlfriend (husband vs. wife) (friend vs. friend) (cop vs. informant). That's a lie. She says that she hasn't known any friend of mine since high school. That's a lie. She then followed me to Sedona, Arizona with a group of my friends from high school...and the rest is history.
