Tabloid Terrorism and Laurie: How Her Need For Celebrity Exceeds Her Intelligence

Right now, and has been the case, really, from the beginning, my team is being subjected to "tabloid terrorism" of a different type.  With Anthony and myself it is our odd connection with spree killer Andrew Cunanan (DaSilva) and slain architect Lincoln Aston.  With my teammates Missy, Barbara, Leah and Bessie, it's Gwen Stefani and her marriage decline in the headlines.  With Christopher and his mother it is always 911 and the terrorist attacks on NYC. With Jonathan it's his cousin's marriage to a member of Duran Duran and the alleged crime that Laurie and Brian committed there against Christopher Monti. What Laurie thinks is so funny, is often what concerns us most about her need for sinister pop culture popularity.

The number of similarities between Laurie and Brian's need to photograph and videotape there crimes can be seen here.  Realize that this photograph of my face being punched out was taken DURING my rape, then exploited in a pop culture iconic ad for an art gallery opening called "Perspectives".  The perspective you get is that violence against a rape victim and electronic harassment victim is acceptable in Palm Springs, California.  Think I am making this up?  Wait until you see the collection of Andrew Luster-like knock out and rape films and photographs these two have taken...allegedly.  Here is one:

This crime of implantation and infection takes a serious pop culture macabre feel when you realize the significance of this photo used as advertising for an art show.  That's my face being punched as a rape is occurring.

I suffered tremendous head injuries during the rape that I reported...this blow to the face is the same kind of violence that caused those injuries.  Knowing that I neither posed for this picture nor did I know it was taken indicates that this photo was taken during the rape; apparently using a drug that allowed me to have my eyes open but leave me memory less.  This is no different that BTK's photos of himself being tortured by the same devices that he would later use on women.

What the "artist" did with this postcard picture is take an event trophy from a rape, associate it with pop culture artist named Steven Arnold, a pop culture black and white photographer whom died in 1994, 7 years prior to the rape and construction of the post card....to make a macabre trophy of the event for popular consumption.  The joke is, "look what my brother and I got away with and are now passing off as art".

Here is what the photography of Steven Arnold looks like in his own self portrait.  Does this look like what you are seeing on the "Perspectives" postcard???  None of Mr. Arnold's word deals with violence or anything like that.

Laurie would later go on to create a red herring website that features the infamous "Sunny McNair", the other collaborator on this postcard, depicting her as a lesbian with a Chinese girlfriend...just like my team mate Missy whom also has a Chinese girlfriend and is, in fact, a lesbian.  Laurie just loves to pay homage to Missy in the strangest of ways. "Sunny McNair's" girlfriend is named "Chin Chin" like the Los Angeles eatery on Sunset Blvd, a place I often reference when I talk to my team...there is nothing magnificent about Laurie's filthy sense of humor.

Tabloid doesn't always mean that it is celebrity going through a divorce; it is simply a reference to "junk food news".  Poorly researched and as sensational as it can be.  My team is made up of people that know celebrities and work with them on a very regular basis.  We have been subjected to blackmail for our famous friends.  If we work on this project Laurie and Brian will take stolen information from my producer and use it to contact the celebrities and say something horrible.  That's the way "tabloid" is being used in this case...it's just another way, Laurie is trying to get famous.
