Listen everyone, I don't know if police know this or not, but every single person that lives in the Rick Weiss Apartments at the Desert AIDS Project is a patient at that clinic. When police are informed by Laurie using this technology that someone there is using methamphetamine, an ensuing arrest is not only illegal, it can be considered a hate crime. It is no secret that a tip from Laurie about someone living there has to do with that person already being a victim of implantation and, more than likely, intentional infection of HIV. I know that I was going to get an apartment there and was already okayed for entry when Laurie called the manager there and told him that I was on probation. I didn't get the apartment. I only had one month left on my probation that stemmed from another arrest that was triggered by Laurie. That got me thinking.
I know that Christopher was also going to get an apartment there until Laurie had him thrown out. That's two.
I know of another man that committed suicide there that was an electronic harassment victim whom couldn't take the constant threats from Laurie day and night. He hung himself. That's three.
How many times have police officers been tipped off by Laurie to the DAP apartments where the inhabitants are all patients at that clinic. Regardless of what they are doing in their apartments, they are there because they qualified for Section 8 housing and are HIV positive. I will give you that the residents are not supposed to be using drugs and, if the manager found out by normal means that a resident was using them, then that would be fine. When Laurie is using this technology to monitor them in their homes, then that is a hate crime. You have to remember, these men, including Steven Cornelison, were victims of Laurie and Brian's intentional infection. They are receiving services because of what was done to them. Adding insult to injury, is when police are added to the mix again, resulting in those residents being arrested.
This is the tip of the DAP Clinic's terrorism that isn't always apparent. Unlike a swastika painted on the side of the building, targeted individuals are threatened not to use their services or face arrest by Laurie's friends at the police department. I was once pulled over in the DAP parking lot by a police officer that said that I'd made and illegal turn. That officer was told that I was an informant for Bryan Anderson. He supposedly called Bryan and returned to my car where he said, and this is a direct quote, "Bryan said you weren't a reliable informant!". This isn't the truth. This is the intentional targeting of men and women with HIV that use this clinic to stave off the virus that Laurie has allegedly given me. And others.
What police don't know is that I was friendly with Peter DiMartino before I was raped at Steven Frey's home. Both Steven and Peter are electronic harassment targets...both implanted. Once I was raped, Laurie used my friendship with Peter as a battering ram against our friendship. Peter was the public services director at the DAP. I was a patient there. By telling me that he'd raped me, I was naturally afraid of going there. This is the kind of terrorism that keeps gay men from using that clinic. I can't tell you how many times Laurie used this technology to have the real Peter come out into the hallway when I was there for an appointment. She did the same thing with Kenneth Frank. She told him to go there and confront me. I took a picture of Ken in the pharmacy while waiting for my prescription. These are threats that you don't see, but are hate crimes as well.
It is clear from text messages sent to my using Steven's own phone number that I am not lying when I say that someone wanted me to believe that Peter and Steven were responsible for my rape. Clearly I am not lying. Using the real Peter DiMartino as a "bully" in my head and the man whom was supposed to be "controlling" Steven Frey, made me very hesitant to use this facility. How many other gay men were frightened off by this kind of torture. This IS a hate crime.
I will allege now that Laurie also was the catalyst behind a few more things that happened at the DAP. I remember hearing that John O'Brien went to jail for stealing more than two million dollars from the DAP. I have heard that Laurie was actually behind that. What police don't know is that John was also an electronic harassment victim and one of Laurie's most hated enemies. I can tell you this. John was in charge of the finances at the DAP. His knowledge of the accounts and numbers that went with those banks would have easily been known to Laurie whom likes to "borrow money" for securing loans from banks. John, I believe, and so does Jonathan Mendenhall, was a victim of what he could not explain. The money was missing and he couldn't explain it. He went to jail. He was also the subject of several "tip off" busts at his apartment at the mouth of Laurie LaTattler. I don't know what it is worth, but Christopher, Jonathan and I all know John to be a really decent guy. He, like Steven Frey, was put in a position to sell drugs after he was convicted of this crime.
This was a horrible situation. Once again, Laurie hates the DAP. They treat the victims of her crime all the time. They make them whole again. That's not the agenda of Laurie and Brian. Stealing money from a place that treats the gay victims of intentional infection is also a hate crime.
Another situation involves Earl Greenberg. Gay Philanthropist, he is the founder of the Desert AIDS Project. What police don't recall is that Kenneth Frank, another operator of this system and victim of electronic harassment is also the person that went to jail for stealing money from Mr. Greenberg. A little bird told me that Laurie and Brian were behind that theft as well, but Ken took the fall for it. Ken already did his time for that crime but he is also suspected of stealing items from Jeffrey Katzenberg's home while installing a wireless internet service. Amazingly enough, Laurie ended up with most of the loot from that crime too. It's really hard to think that Laurie doesn't have a deep seeded hatred for anyone connected with the Desert AIDS Project. It would seem that she targets the patients, administrators and even the founder too. Odd, she doesn't seem to be a patient there. I've heard that she bad mouths the place to police officers too.
Targeting gay men with this technology is a hate crime. Targeting the clinic that assists these victims is an even worse hate crime. Denying services to these victims is worse than infecting them initially. Laurie not only wants them infected, she doesn't want them to get treatment. How awful is this woman???
Post script for the John O'Brien story. He was in charge of the finances for the DAP at the time that he was arrested for stealing $2 million. A couple observations: if he was in charge of the finances, how did the police come to know that it was missing? Did Laurie take the money out of the DAP account knowing what the account number was through John then call the director of the DAP and tattle on him? Did the police get another mysterious call from a woman that wanted to remain anonymous? I submit this, I am a very intelligent guy. I know John O'Brien to be a very intelligent and caring man. Does the police department really expect the public to believe that someone like John would take $2 million and put it in his own account? He was far too smart to take money like that all at once and if he did he wouldn't have put it in his own bank account. That's a Laurie tactic. I know from first hand experience that she's stolen thousands out of my bank accounts when I received my retirement benefits from the Justice Department and she followed me all the way to Hesperia to steal some of the $8,000 that I got from social security disability.
How many of you guys out there have had her do the same thing to you? Look at Steven Frey's debt to the IRS...that kind of debt can ONLY be achieved with some kind of capital behind it for loans. Think maybe $2 million from the DAP used for a day or two to secure a loan might have been able to do that? Steven wasn't even working during the years of that debt. I know, I talked to him about it. He also didn't know a thing about the IRS debt until I showed his friend. Laurie has always told me that she was making "investments" for him and his family; check out the flyer she posted on my door. She is telling you that as an informant, I am stepping on her toes by looking into the properties for Sgt. Anderson. That's what this flyer means.
Remember, I am a police informant that was asked to keep my eyes and ears open for all of the information involved in the Steven Frey case. I can't help it if I am good at my job. I did what I was asked to do. I am well liked and have never tried to extort or torment anyone. Steve Frey and I are very good friends and we get along just fine. He even knows I was an informant against him, but I think he knows I only did it so that we could get to the bottom of whom was tormenting both of us. My way, Steven would never have spent a day in jail. Laurie's way, he ended up looking way worse that what he really is. Steven did what he had to do to survive. He shouldn't be punished because he couldn't go to the police that Laurie had in her back pocket.
One last observation that I am certain that victims of this crime will agree upon: Every single time a victim of this crime goes to the police to tell on Lisa, Jessica, Victoria or Sheree, Laurie is watching them. They never know what her real name is. The next logical step then is for Laurie to have them arrested and thrown in jail. My example is myself. I was raped and beaten inside of Steven Frey's home. I talked to Steven and told him I was going to report it in full view of Laurie and Brian. Steven probably told her that he was going to tell the police what he knew about her. So for as long as she could she had the detective assigned to my case stall.
Finally when they called Peter and Steven in for questioning and DNA testing, she had to do something. Peter moved for a new job, but Steven remained. I couldn't get him arrested if he was standing outside selling meth from a booth on the street. But as soon as he saw how much money he owed the IRS, boom, he got arrested. After I reported the rape, I was arrested twice the VERY NEXT DAYS, then four more times, with no convictions. The first arrest there were no charges filed but I spent a whole night in jail and was taken there practically naked wearing only a towel.
This is what Laurie does. She gets herself into trouble, then uses the police and some kind of fucked up lie to get the person she injured in trouble. Some go to jail. Some go to prison. All get probation and Prop 36 classes whether there is a drug charge or not...this is how she deals with her problems. She even call us "a small problem" or "a big problem". Also I want to show all of you that I reported this tax lien as the proceeds of illegal drug trafficking and fraud years ago when I discovered property reports bearing the name of Sheree Frey with 13 aliases and Steven Frey with 5 aliases. At the time I wanted the IRS to know that Steven wasn't questioned about this debt. I know he isn't responsible for it. I wanted him, once again, to point the finger at the two people he knows are behind this. Sorry Steven, it was the smartest thing to do and I have texts from someone calling herself your sister...so I figured...please forgive me if you don't understand, but it is the law.
