Lest some of you think that I am at a crossroads, think again. There is a tremendous advantage in knowing what I know about this crime, whom has participated in it and what has been neglected to be done for me. Most Targeted Individuals speculate as to whom is behind their torture...I have a picture. I know this person and I've known her since I was 11 years old. There is no doubt it is her...and there is no doubt that people have been complicit in helping her to destroy my life, career and family.
First there are some avenues that I haven't explored. There is the fact that no rape case is ever closed...they may get cold, but they are never closed...so it is now time to, once again, enlist the help of the American Civil Liberties Union, a group that has helped me in the past, to show them the televised report where Officer Spike is quoted saying that, "there is no rape investigation" and that "Kevin Bond has mental issues" even though his own police department used me as a confidential informant for years. This is a clear violation of my civil liberties that deserves to be explored.
Second there is that restraining order listing my police contact as the "four year boyfriend" of the City of La Quinta's employee. This boyfriend has refused to talk to my family about the danger he has put both Christopher, myself and my family in, in favor of trying to negotiate with his ex-girlfriend about what she has done. There is also complicity in an outstanding warrant that was issued clearly out of the color of the law. He has refused to do anything to help me or my family in an obviously dangerous situation. In addition, I can imagine that he has protected his own family from this girl but not the family of his informant...that is negligence.
Then there are the parents that know that their son isn't dead and have been implicated in the fraudulent death...something that I exposed, of Jonathan Mendenhall. In favor of keeping a secret in a situation where Jonathan is clearly in a better position to know where Laurie is and what she is doing...my safety has been compromised while crimes were being committed against me and members of my family. Nothing was done.
Although this blog was put together to fulfill a promise to Mrs. Monti there still remains the "letter from Dave" on behalf of herself and her daughter, Amanda. Neither has come forward to state that it was not sent on their behalf in favor of keeping a secret that has put my family in jeopardy. Also this letter, sent on their behalf, was a violation of a restraining order by the person that sent it...all of these were done in favor of the idea to continue to keep my family in danger while their own remained in a better place to be protected.
Criminal complicity can be used with the U.S. Attorney with regards to the threatening flyer reported to the PSPD and the lack of investigation into my rape with a postcard mailed to me showing my face being punched out...which was followed by emails that threatened my mom, dad and myself referencing being "hired" to harass me...and a criminal case adjudicated when I was 12 years old as a witness. My police contact has failed on all levels to do anything to protect or inform the people that I am close to even though the suspect in this case are very well known to him and living less than five miles from my own home. This is clearly a case of negligence and a case of co-conspirator ship on behalf of the man that this woman calls her "four year boyfriend" on the court record.
My team was advised to keep him informed...they have lacked the vision and commitment to do anything that would prevent the crime that they see happening in front of their very eyes day after day now for almost 8 years. That's a very long time to watch someone conspire to stalk me...too long.
As for Christopher...he's on his own.
