Laying beaten, bloody and infected in Steven Frey's bedroom was one of the most horrible experiences of my life. You want to know what was worse? The silence I experienced by everyone else that knew what happened and didn't say a thing. This is the concept of complicity. It is a crime...and it is something that you all need to be aware of.
You see the picture above...this is a prisoner a Guantanamo Bay Cuba...you can recall that when these types of pictures came out that the person that gave them up was afraid of being "complicit" and therefore exposed this crime so as not to be guilty of another greater crime. Silence about a crime is a crime of complicity.
What if you knew that some girl was trying to kill me...has made many attempts...was doing it for a woman's attention...and knew that my own family members were being targeted for the same kind of abuse, but you did nothing? What if you were the woman whose attention this girl was trying to get? What if the decision to keep silent continued to put me and my family in grave danger while you sat in a position of safety knowing that your own life was not in danger while it was happening? Would you then become a co-conspirator?
By the same token, if you were a police officer that knew that I was being tortured by illegal Brain Computer Interfacing...that you, yourself were implanted with, but you did nothing? Are you then complicit? If you went even further than that and didn't investigate the many frauds that I've showed on here committed by that girl, would you then become a co-conspirator?
What if you were related to this girl...you knew that for thirty plus years she'd been telling you stories about me...all bad...that she could have in no way known unless she was using a parlour trick that your own family showed her? Would you then be complicit? If you then started to talk to other family members about not "saying anything about it" would you then be a co-conspirator?
What if you were my boyfriend and you too were infected by this girl and implanted with these devices but refused to come forward and say something because an attorney made you promise you wouldn't until they were "ready" while I was being tortured right in front of you day after day? Would you then be complicit?
My team has done a horrible job of getting involved when it comes to helping me. They've literally done nothing to help me in the present. They've done tons of things to help themselves...made themselves impenetrable, but in the meantime they watched this girl force her way into my family's phone accounts, possibly bank accounts, our homes and into my boyfriend's life...they did nothing to help either one of us...nothing. Not one single thing. They watched while she did everything she wanted to do. Is that complicity?
I've been tortured now while the decisions made unilaterally by my team have caused me incredible stress...what my team does, causes me to be punished right in front of their faces...and they've done nothing that I've asked them to do...not one bit. That means that I am in a position to tell you about it myself...as an informant, if my own team is being complicit, I would also be complicit if I DIDN'T DO SOMETHING TO STOP IT. I won't do anything to help anyone break the law...it isn't the way that I do anything. I've been charged with the responsibility to tell it like it is...and while my team negotiates and threatens my torturer...they've done nothing to stop her or help me. Not only is that complicity, it is criminally negligent...and it isn't going ignored.
Keeping me from my own notes and diaries for 7 years when I could have used them to stop this crime...taking away friends and keeping them from contacting me...using my developed resources and silencing them making them complicit...is a crime. For every crime there is a punishment. Nobody is exempt.
There are several aspects of criminal complicity...the third deals with the requirement to prevent something from happening:
"having a legal duty to prevent the commission of the offense, a person fails to make an effort he or she is legally required to make"; I would also add that it is further exacerbated when other people have had that effort made for them and someone like me is left out. It is not recommended to pick and choose whom is worthy of such protection under the law then hide behind the cloak of equal rights. No where has it been more evident that I am always the last person considered in this investigation and I am the person that started it. There are obstruction problems with this...and frankly my team hasn't delivered the goods for anyone but themselves.
