People often ask me how I keep such a positive attitude in such a horribly negative a bleak situation? The answer is outlook...I think positively because negative takes you down a road of bad tidings. I do all of the above without fail...not just because my boyfriend is a priest, but because I've incorporated these into my daily life since I was a young kid. Maybe they will help you!!!
