I want Mrs. Mendenhall, Mrs. Monti, Ms. Sunderland, Ed Mendenhall and Alicia Elmore to know something. I am no longer in support of this team that has done nothing for the victims of this crime. As of today I am removing myself from this team. I feel that the veil of undercover work falls withing the law not outside of the lines.
I would suggest to all of you that we start talking to REAL attorneys about Jonathan's situation, Christopher's situation and Anthony's situation. I feel that we have gone as far as we can with the present legal representation that does not represent us, they represent other people. Finances of others has become the biggest problem for the victims of crime.
We should not tolerate the victimization of innocent men for the sake of protection of personal finances. I needed one thing this entire project...a small laptop to work on. Do you know what my team said to me? "Fuck you Kevin"...you don't need anything.
It is ridiculous the amount of time I have put on this project while other team members got brand new state of the art computers to work on while we got tortured. All I have ever wanted was to help your children, these attorneys want to line their pockets with the blood of innocent gay men. They are ruthlessly dangerous and their plan is not going to work. It is a sham and should not be followed. They have hidden evidence of a crime and that is something that I, as an informant, do not believe in.
I would seek other ways of dealing with terrorist problems. I repeat whom has been honest with you from the beginning? Me. Do not follow a course of destruction...it will lead you to a defendant's table.
