In an attempt to show that the City of LaQuinta was impinging on my right to freedom of speech on the "HateLisa" blog I filed the above case that was not decided until 9-21-10. The case was stayed in the Superior Court at the Larson Justice Center, but the Commissioner there decided to make an illegal ruling on it anyway, six months before the federal court would send it back to them for a ruling.
In Lisa we were looking for the NAME of the person that the Larson Justice Center did favors for...I think it is a glaring fact that they did something highly illegal with the City of LaQuinta vs. Kevin L. Bond by making their ruling without a hearing that I was allowed to attend AND by representing a woman that was clearly lying about the facts.
This is what we were looking for...and we got it!
The superior court says that the petitioner for the City of La Quinta appeared for that hearing, I doubt that it was true. That hearing was stayed in a timely manner and the court says that they held it anyways. That is a crime. They had notice of the stay and the removal, yet the attorney for the County of Riverside allowed the Superior court ruling to remain in place which is also a crime.
I had Jonathan Mendenhall ready to testify that the woman named as a City of LaQuinta employee was not an employee and was indeed the woman known as Lisa...Later that same year, on Christmas Day, Jonathan was mad to look dead! How convenient for the City of LaQuinta.
Christopher and I are preserving our rights as injured parties and informants to sue the City of La Quinta, the County of Riverside attorney, the Assistant District Attorney for Riveride County, the Commissioner at the Larson Justice Center and the PSPD for this crime. Remember folks during the Superior courts' period of restraint it is my allegation that the "employee" that sought the order followed me to Sedona, Arizona with her brother and others to do bodily harm to myself and my research team. Also, Christopher Monti was arrested and jailed by a woman calling herself "Mollybondhus" online and admitting to knowledge of Christopher's criminal arrest record, as an informant.
I believe that this was an intentional stalking with protection for the woman that listed herself on the restraining order because of the actions that the police and the court took to protect her...illegal actions that caused damage to both Christopher and myself.
