A Stern Piece of Advice for the Public Information Officer at the PSPD: Mike Kovaleff

Logo Design by FlamingText.com

So here we go again with the victims of electronic harassment on local television...and you know the smear campaign is coming...and whom do you thing that Lisa and Brian LaBitch are going to turn to??? Well, using the old, if it worked once, it will work again theme....I'll just bet good old Officer Kovaleff is going to get a call as soon as our KMIR Interview airs.  I am telling this officer and ALL OF THE OFFICERS OF THE PSPD THIS...I KNOW YOU ARE INVOLVED WITH LISA LABITCH AND HER BROTHER BRIAN AND I CAN PROVE IT BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT...DO NOT TRY TO DISCREDIT ME LIKE SGT. MITCH SPIKE...THAT WOULD BE A VERY COSTLY ERROR!!! MONETARILY...

I am embarrassed still by the lack of sensitivity shown to Christopher Monti and his mother with the online lies told by the self professed only witness in the case, Mollybondhus....one only has to look at the story again to know that she is lying...there has never been a retraction or an apology to Mr. Monti or his family...and this is an informant for your department that unwillingly was used in many arrests that resulted in your promotions....Don't even try to say he only did one thing...his eyes and ears were used without his consent on many arrests...

Furthermore I am still waiting for Sgt. Anderson to make good on the agreement that Christopher signed right in front of me.  The suspect was arrested and convicted because of our work.  We worked as a TEAM...what I did he did...he deserves honesty and an apology. He is a Lutheran priest...a good boy...and very loving. What your department did to him was a simple smear job for someone Lisa doesn't like.

Live up to your agreement Bryan...remember, both Christopher and I are wired for sight and sound...the whole thing including your words to us and what we did is all recorded with OUR permission...so don't try to fuck us when the KMIR reporter asks Mike Kovaleff if your department has a comment.  Any lie about us, this crime, or what we have been put through could be criminal and costly.  Sorry to do this to you, but OUR lives have been HELL while you got promoted...not quite fair old boy...not fair at all.  Remember I also gave you the supplier too...on tape...recorded...you did nothing to stop him either...

Here again is online commentary by the self proclaimed only witness in Christopher's Will Stiles case...then take a look at the shirt he was wearing...if the only witness is a liar...then there is no case...This woman is clearly stalking Christopher and the name "MollyBondHus" is so suspicious...that is still the name of my dead cat...Molly Bond...and Lisa calls Christopher my "hus"-band all the time...Mollybondhus??? Really Bryan???

Repeat offender who does not deserve probation this time!  Christopher Monti was charged with felony robbery in Palm Springs less than a month ago, and was allowed to plead to misdemeanor petty theft and battery. . . . and was released with probation and Anger Management Classes.    The victim in this case has a battered and bruised face, and Monti is clearly dangerous to the community.  Big thanks to the PSPD for catching him, but now the District Attorney's office needs to step up and keep Monti from harming others.

Molly I am shocked you forgot to mention you are the victims Partner

Quite true, but irrelevant to the matter at hand and the prior arrests of this defendant.  Full disclosure, I was also the only person who chased Christopher Monti on foot as he fled on the bicycle for three blocks until other witnesses to the assault (two good samaritans in town to get married!) offered me a ride in their truck.  We then followed him while constantly communicating with 911 as he went on an erratic joy ride on North Belardo toward Tahquitz.  We waited with him in sight until the police arrived to apprehend him.   The bittersweet irony of the "Say No to Drugs" emblazoned on his t-shirt was not lost on any of us who witnessed his behavior that day.  Until he gets help, he is a danger to society.
