This, ladies and gentlemen, is James Connelly, the lead defendant in the drug case against Anthony Dabiere. James was living in the home of John O'Brien, the perennial victim of Electronic Harassment and debt at the hands of Lisa LaBitch. Now when you look at the case at hand there, you notice one thing, James is the lead defendant...he lived there....Anthony was a guest in that home....but James apparently has law enforcement in his family and at the time of his arrest I was receiving a whole bunch of text messages from Junior Johnson using his telephone number, just like he did with Steve Frey. Apparently this is another one of Junior's love interests at that time.
The interesting thing is that James completely disappears from that case and Anthony, the guest in that home, takes the lead defendant role and is sentenced accordingly...how does this happen? Well I would leave something like this up to these two attorneys, but they are incompetent, so I will deal with it myself.
This guys was selling drugs for Lisa and was busted in an entrapment scheme...but escapes punishment because he has law enforcement relatives.
Now living in Grant's Pass, Oregon, I wish James well, while the rest of us suffer.
