I would suggest to you that it might be a good idea to let them know that he is not deceased and to let them know whom you suspect is behind this fraud. Tracy has pretended to be other people's mothers in the past and she is not above pretending to be either one of you.
It is very likely that she will do this regardless....so to protect yourselves and me please let them know what the truth is.
