My Gift To You: I Prayed My Parent's Had a Blog Like This When I Started To Understand

Dear Parent or Family Member of an Electronically Harassed Victim,  (The current terminology used by experts in the field is Targeted Individual aka "TI") 

You have been contacted by me to participate in the emancipation of your loved one from a crime that is sweeping the country that I like to call terrorism of the mind. Unlike other websites where you will read wild tales of government conspiracies and mind control experiments, HERE you will find the truth behind the lies...let's get you past the worst part of this violation so we can start fixing the problem.

At some point over the past 10 years your TI was knocked out with a designer drug called Gammahydroxy Buturate (GHB) which rendered him unconscious. He was likely knocked out by a predator named Stephen Johnson Jr. "Junior" where he was sexually assaulted, beaten, and implanted with an RFID/Verichip that allowed him to be remotely monitored using the Verizon Wireless Communications Network.  This implant was obviously inserted without the TI's consent and without their knowledge.  GHB renders a victim completely memory less; another unfortunate after effect is that he very well may have been intentionally infected with HIV, Hepatitis C, syphilis or other sexually transmitted diseases, that, if left untreated could put his life in danger.  It is alleged that this serial rapist uses blunt instruments during the sexual assault to purposefully make his victims bleed so that they can be intentionally infected with diseases. 

This is not, however the worst part of the crime, it is what follows that is much worse and it is the intention of this blog to inform you about.  I have also attended Symposiums and done many radio talk shows on the topic which has made me the California expert on public awareness for this crime...see part of my public awareness campaign in action below...

  The intention of this blog is to keep parents informed about their TI, what has happened to them in the past, and what I am doing and have done to keep them safe from the worst part of this torture.

How can I best explain this crime...post implantation...let me begin by telling you what it is not.  

• 1. It is not legal!  It is a human experiment locally that is committed against gay men without their informed consent.  TI's are drugged, sexually assaulted, and tortured without any prior knowledge about the crime.  It is unique to Palm Springs in one and only one regard...It is solely against gay men...country wide this crime is committed mostly against white women between the ages of 30 -40 years old.  What makes Palm Springs unusual is the high concentration of gay men that have been targeted and arrested by the Palm Springs Police Department.
• 2.  The operators of this remote neural network DO NOT WORK FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT OF ANY KIND.  They claim to work for the Palm Springs Police Department, which I will explain later, but they are not part of any government agency, federal, state or local....they are ordinary citizens that the common terminology of the day calls "perps".  They are scam artists that have discovered old technology that isn't used by the government any longer that combines with new EEG reading equipment that allows a human being's electrical thoughts to be read via cellphone networks much like "Dragon" puts voice translated words on to a word processing program...that's part of the torture...they know what a TI thinks.  It is a scientific fact not science fiction.
