It has always amazed me that Laurie and Brian have managed to stay out of police custody and out of jail when they are so careless, but now I am understanding that it really might not be the case. What I believe that they are doing is one of the oldest tricks in the arsenal of criminal activity, using fake identifications. In their cases, the more the better. You see, they aren't really worried if they get arrested under a fake name if the other will bail them out because they have no intention of showing back up to court under the false name in the first place. They simply ditch the id and use another name. I wonder how many different names they have told their parents and family members to call them, "From now on..."
We all know that Laurie spent years calling herself, "Jessica". I've heard that it is the first name of Missy Pissy's real sister because Laurie has always thought of herself as "Missy's sister". The gay community of Palm Springs, California always talk about the infamous "Jessica and Mikey" years. Though Mikey will tell you that he is gay and "Jessica" was never his girlfriend, Laurie pretended this lie for many years. (Shout out to Mikey, whom I've heard is a really nice person. P.S. I'm not interested in anything but your testimony about Laurie so don't let her make you think otherwise. I know nothing about you and won't ever say anything but that.)
So how does this happen? Well there are several things that I do know from my own experience. I once went to the Social Security Office in Palm Springs and was told that someone had applied to get a new Social Security Card to obtain a new driver's license for me. I did not do that. I know that is one way that Laurie and Brian do this.
Using the names of their remote neural monitoring victims serves two purposes. One, if their victims work, they can use these id's to steal from them. Two, the pair like to use the id's to create, what I like to call, "ambush warrants". If the victim is a male, Brian will use the fake id for the real person until he gets a traffic ticket or is arrested for drugs and won't show up to court and a bench warrant is issued. Since the real person is unaware of the warrant, since he was not the person that was arrested, he is blindsided when Laurie calls the police on him. When Laurie calls the cops on the victim, she knows that there is a warrant, so the cop looks up the id, sees a warrant and the victim is blindsided/ambushed, with a charge that he has no idea that he has. A perfect example is Christopher Monti's traffic ticket for a moving violation that he did not get but has under his name and CDL number. How do I know it is a fake? It's simple. You look at the birthdate!!!
On the fake id's that Laurie and Brian have made in their victims' names, Brian and Laurie tend to use Laurie's birthdate but the victim's real CDL number. July 6, 1967 or 7/6/67. Christopher Monti's ticket is on 7/6/67 birthdate, but his real birthdate is on 4/16/71. The CDL number is correct, but the birthdate is wrong. This indicates a fake CDL number. The signature on the ticket is NOT Christopher's. I knew it was a fake when I saw it. Steven Frey also has a 7/6/67 California Driver's License. This shows another fake. Jonathan Mendenhall also has one in his name. Probably Anthony Dabiere and me. All of these are fakes and should stick out like a sore thumb to police. These ambush warrants are used to put victims of this crime in jail. They are highly illegal and hard for victims to explain. "It's not me" doesn't really go over well with the police.
Then there are the outrageous names. "Roscoe P. Coultrane" or "Jessica Ek" and many others. You see the California DMV will issue a driver's license for an out of state birth certificate without much checking. So if Laurie can fake one, she can come up with just about any old name she wants. This is one of the oldest criminal tricks in the book. Create a fake id and use it when you get arrested. Which works until they figure out that the id has no social security number or any other id attached to it. When you combine these with id's found with warrants issued in California and Arizona you get the impression that the pair don't avoid arrests, they simply bail out and don't show up. What needs to happen now, is a full check of the DMV record against the id's issued.
Here's the thing for prosecutors. The siblings threaten people and the crimes that they are suspected of range from attempted murder to murder to terrorist threats to extortion and other various extremely dangerous crimes. They also have the ability to read the minds of the victims in this case and can contact other terrorist to harm them. The id's give them a huge "risk of flight", as evidenced by the lack of showing up for court dates for the id's that they've used, but a even larger "risk of danger" which is evidenced by the multiple attempts on my life since my shooting and the threats received by everyone from Jonathan's family to my own...and everyone in between. Probably Laurie's own family. The danger is real and it very high right now. The pair should be considered very dangerous.
The amount of crime that is committed because of the bail that is posted by one another over the years must have cost a fortune. Who knows whom is responsible for the amount of bail being posted and lost?
