This is the infamous fugitive, Danelo Cavalcante, who crabwalked his way to fame and two weeks of man-hunting in the State of Pennsylvania. This is how he chose to escape jail and avoid his sentence. He was caught, just like all the other fugitives who leave jail without serving their sentences. This is NOT how Lori Jean and Brian LaFond got out of jail, but it is viewed exactly the same by the law enforcement people who chased him down and found him.
Like most escapees, you can see who helped him escape standing right there in front of the brick wall while he crabwalked up the side of the building. Lori and Brian's friends are much bolder than that! They go right into the courtroom and swear, under oath, that they are in the courthouse to post bail for the defendants that they know are lying! The money they are using is stolen. The bank accounts are usually temporary or illegally accessed. The sureties are using fake IDs as well as the defendants, so you have liars testifying to the court for liars. All of which is simply mocking the justice system for what the four of them are attempting to do. I am correcting that error for the courts and the people that were defrauded into believing that Lori Jean LaFond was anyone but the person she said she was.
It is my desire to help the legal system find and re-arrest the people who committed the crimes in Arizona, 2010. I've seen Lori and Brian LaFond make a mockery of the judicial system and officials for most of my life. I've been the victim of Lori's crimes, post-arrest and escape, since 1985. Someone in the legal system needs to find out what Little Miss Mental Patient has been doing since skipping out on a sentence for using a gun in the commission of a crime in 1985. Well, she's been committing crimes, as you would expect a fugitive would do. She's also been living with her family, which is the first place you would look for a fugitive if she weren't so hard to catch. That is ridiculous! She's no different than any of the other fugitives who escape!
First, a warrant is issued for her failure to appear at sentencing or to self-surrender to a facility. That warrant must be located and given to the local sheriff and/or local U.S. Marshal!
That's the original warrant for her arrest. From her first real sentencing on a case as an adult! Then, you find the witnesses in that case, and you ask them about Lori Jean LaFond and what they were told. One of those witnesses, I know for a fact, is my best friend Ken Davenport. A police canine detective from San Diego, California. He was in school in 1985 and much earlier with Lori Jean LaFond. In elementary school, in fact. He was also a former military dependent until he became a military policeman in the US Navy in San Diego. Then he became an SDPD officer, but he was thinking about working for the PSPD. Thank God that changed!
Witnesses to her early unpaid crimes are everywhere! My entire family is only one of many that have experienced the Lori LaFond Family Love...it usually comes with an arrest or a death! Lori loves to kill. Our local sheriff needs to be updated as to the whereabouts and the crimes committed by Lori Jean LaFond, using an alias for the last few years. Barbara has all the names Lori has used.
I bring Kenny into the conversation, not because he is my best friend, but because he is a witness to the original crime back in 1985. I should say, this was the second shooting at that location that Kenny witnessed. I don't think anyone was aware of the first shooting only days earlier because of the threats Lori and Brian made to the female victims. What Kenny saw is important because he would know who the police officers were and what he saw. He was likely a witness for the State of California prosecuting Lori. So if Lori didn't go to jail, he would know.
Forward all the way to March of 2010. Lori, it appears, found out about my vacation plans with my two friends to Sedona, Arizona. She found some people, friends of mine, to give her a ride out of state. Lori isn't allowed out of state. These friends, and their husbands, one is allegedly a State Trooper from Maine, caught Lori bringing drugs to the State of Arizona with that trooper in the car. So these girls also all know Kenny Davenport. They also all know Lori Jean LaFond. It is alleged that the State Trooper, once finding the drugs, told Lori that she was in Sedona, Arizona. Lori produced a fake ID and tried to lie about her name. My friends told the police she was "Lori LaFond," and Lori had her father's military ID on her. Ken would know all the women in the car who went to Sedona. Margie Miller-Hoy, Robbin Dimmick-Snelling, Tracy Coe-Hatcher, and Julie (Lori's friend from high school). Lori skipped out on this case!
With Ken and these women, including the State Trooper from Maine, Lori can easily be returned to Arizona. We just need the complaint number, warrant issued after she skipped out, and fingerprints, DNA, and mugshots. We can arrest Lori on the identification by 6 people who know her from home and prove it in an identity hearing in a California courtroom. You see, Lori has been playing this game for far too long now. Then, once Lori LaFond is in custody, they can compare her fingerprints, DNA, and mugshots to other crimes committed in Arizona that week!!! I just wanted all of you to know that her identity is NOT the problem; it is the desire to stop her! It isn't high enough of a priority when she isn't hunting you, but when she is, they come running to me.
I'm done trying to help people that I've already helped! They may feel that they could have handled this situation better than I did, but they wouldn't be alive to do it if it wasn't for me. Pushing Lori and Brian LaFond off on my family and me is a big mistake! I have warned you all not to continue to go down this road while thinking everything is fine. It's not fine. I have an obligation to the courts to help them find the girl who skipped out on these drug charges and the girl who endangered children while stalking me on my vacation. This needs to be ended with Lori in jail for the crimes she was accused of. Nobody is railroading Lori; she was accused by the courts all on their own, without any assistance from me. Had I known she was in Sedona when I was there, I would have told the police myself. That was kept from me intentionally by other people on my team. Not a good idea!
Lori has shown all of us what she did after her 1985 case by doing it all over again in 2010. She committed crimes. Felonies. She escapes jail and commits more crimes by going after the witnesses in the cases she created by being the defendant. This is organized crime. This is an organization of criminals that has formed around her to keep her out of jail. They all live with her. If you need to see who was involved, you need only arrest her for the crimes charged in Arizona, with witnesses to Lori's deceitful, false IDs. Lori simply lied, and the police didn't believe the witnesses who told them her true name!
Lori and Brian LaFond are multiple felons who have been charged under false names for years and years. My friends know their true names, and some have witnessed her crimes. What needs to happen now is for my team to pull their heads out of their asses and treat this crime like professionals. The time for pretending is over.
Kenny knows that Lori Jean LaFond has problems. He grew up with her, too. He knows that she has a tendency to lie. He also knows that she runs around telling people she is married to Bryan Anderson. I know, she does this kind of stuff all the time. She also knows that she thinks she works for the police, which everyone knows is impossible for a fugitive! A fugitive also can not get a restraining order; Kenny would know this, too. So if Lori has been a fugitive since 1985, how could she get a restraining order against me in 2010? Impossible!
I am literally dealing with hundreds of criminals and their families who survive by stealing from the victims of rape. Some of these families are, unfortunately, military; some are the dregs of society that live off of other people's money that they steal. I should know, they've done both to me for over forty years. Once again, tonight I was denied access to medication that I should have easily been able to have covered by insurance but can't because of someone else's agenda.
I saved well over $30,000 to do the things that I need to do for myself. That money is still missing. Has NEVER been addressed by Jeffrey Katzenberg and still remains the reason why I can't see the dentist. I can't buy a new car. I can't move. I can't eat. I can't stop smoking....and it's simply because he did what he did with Melissa Erickson and Bessie Smith. This was a case of elderly abuse, and his response was to keep the money stolen. For me. For others, he's played the role of "guess what I've found?" He's an idiot.
