Lori Jean LaFond, the second you made the decision to stalk me into the State of Arizona, you made a fatal mistake. Allegedly, you were arrested by the police when you got there. I heard that there were drugs in the car with a Maine State Trooper riding along with you? Is that true?
When you got out, you were on pretrial release for a felony of drug possession and transportation across state lines. You should have known better than to show up again in an Arizona courtroom for the rest of the time that you were there, trying to threaten me, threaten Anthony, and threaten Jonathan Mendenhall. I've heard that you and your brother, Brian, were then arrested in the Tucson area with drugs, in a stolen car, and lots of other questionable evidence! Because of your prior arrest that week, you should not have been eligible for bail. Arizona law prohibits the posting of bail in this situation.
Then, you stupidly committed some more crimes in Sedona, Arizona, in a home you broke into, lured boys into, and beat the shit out of them. This crime alone should not have allowed you to escape either. If I were following you around in Arizona, don't you think I would have said something? Clearly, you were there following me. I would never have allowed you to walk out of that courtroom as someone else. There are witnesses from high school who know it was you on the first arrest. Your fingerprints can be matched to the other cases, booking photos, and DNA, too. You think that your bogus fake IDs are working, but you've made a huge, uncalculated error. Witnesses are being sought to identify you and to make sure that your crimes there will never happen again.
I'm hoping for some evidence from the Maine State Trooper who was in that car with you so that we can match Lori's fingerprints to the other crimes she committed once your transportation left you in Sedona. Tracy, we need your help.
