Give up your past conceptions of what a spy photographer looks like; they don't all walk around with hats and dark clothing. Now, cameras are as small as pinholes, and the people who use them to gang stalk you are dressed pretty much the same. (There is a phenomenon of gangs that wear the same colors when they are all part of a group, too...so be aware of your surroundings.).
Lori LaFond is frustrated when her targets lack accompanying pictures. So she sends out these "gang stalkers" to follow, harass, intimidate, and photograph her target and any of the people that her target knows and likes or dislikes! Lori loves to build a storyboard. Her stalking is based on pure fantasy and high school memories! I find it really hard to believe that former military dependents don't have more sense than this! You aren't really helping our community by poisoning a community against a neighbor. Oftentimes, as was the case with me, you were completely wrong. I was working with federal judges. Why would you want to follow me grocery shopping or on a date? Seriously, the military has some real problem people who think they are above the law!
There is a very real situation that has occurred with my shooting right in the middle of that constant surveillance when it was being conducted back in 2002 and before. I was a U.S. Justice Department employee, aka, a federal agent, and the stalking prior to that shooting is considered part of that crime. My suggestion would be to come clean about what you were all being told by Lori Jean LaFond and her brother, Brian. I don't think that anyone intended for me to be killed, just harassed, but in the end, it was Brian that took a shot at me while you all took the night off! That was the only "night off" I ever saw in 10 years. What happened?
I was stalked for the most incredibly stupid of reasons. Some weird high school girl had some kind of fixation on my family so all of these military ex-dependents start following me around for her? She infected me with HIV, lets be clear. She knocked me out, put a stolen military chip inside me, used a needle to GIVE ME HIV, and then you all followed me for her? What kind of military do you believe in? Lori LaFond has a horrible past with the USMC and I have a very good standing with my military friends. My friends are colonels' and general's kids. Lori got kicked out of the military. If you were under the impression that you were dealing with her sister, Jacquie LaFond, you were fooled! Jacquie LaFond has nothing to do with this technology. Lori doesn't even like her.
