Ah, yes, the Larson Justice Center. It certainly doesn't resemble a railroad station, does it? While this may be true for the judges who actually try cases in a court of law, it feels very different for the many gay men who were illegally implanted and infected by Lori Jean LaFond. I have never had less respect for the legal system than I do after what I allege has occurred here.
Let me qualify myself first. I am a former Courtroom Deputy to the Hon. William B. Enright. The namesake and originator of Hon. William B. Enright Inn of Court. For those of you who are not familiar, here is the Inn of Court's "mission statement":

I was his criminal case manager for the better part of three years before he retired and I began working for Hon. Nita L. Stormes, U.S. Magistrate Judge. Equally impressive as a judge and person. Likewise, I maintained Her Honor's criminal cases for the next 5 years or so...until I was stalked and shot just a few blocks away by Lori Jean LaFond's brother, Brian, acting under Lori's orders to "Kill him (Kevin Bond, me) before my birthday!"
In short, I am an expert in criminal case management and courtroom procedure. I would still likely be working for the Southern District of California, San Diego, if the judiciary's safety wasn't an issue brought on by Lori LaFond's relentless stalking and shooting of a federal agent and other agents employed by the court. In short, I could not justify putting my judge in danger simply because I could not explain why unknown groups of stalkers were following me for decades, ending in a shooting.
A judge's safety is priority number one for any courtroom deputy, so I resigned my position, with a rehirable tag, to go looking for the person who tried to kill me. I knew the stalking began in Palm Springs, and I knew I would find her there!
In short, it was Lori Jean LaFond who brought this investigation into her illegal activity. She was my high school bully and illegally tried to accuse my father of molesting a student when I was just in the sixth grade. A false allegation that she made about multiple parents in our community and in Palm Springs, Ca., always ending the same way: NOT GUILTY!!!
You see, Lori Jean LaFond is a chronic false complaint maker!!! Odd since she is also a lifetime fugitive from the very law she seeks to intern her victims with. You see, Lori fancies herself as some kind of legal vigilante who can make up whatever lie she wants, then have her own "justice system" take care of the rest while she acts like some kind of hotshot cop over the phone! Lori is all about REVENGE for a childhood of mental illness and crime! Her childhood of falsely accusing adults of crimes bled over into her adulthood in Palm Springs, Ca.
Now that I have qualified myself as a criminal case and courtroom procedure expert, let me tell you why I am qualified to say that Commissioner's Best and Cribbs were not following the law. First of all, the whole truth is never what these courtrooms are about. I was taught that a judge should never take the guilty plea of an innocent man by Hon. William B. Enright. I took hundreds of change of pleas, and I've never seen what I saw in those courtrooms. Defendants are forced to admit to allegations that aren't substantiated by any fact. In the "interest of justice" is what the Commissioners say. I was taught that the truth is in the interest of justice, not some Commissioner looking to make themselves look benevolent by forcing a defendant to take a plea just to have it dismissed. That makes the Commissioner look like he's giving the defendant a second chance, not like the police were wrong for arresting him. You can't arrest someone because Lori LaFond told you to. That's what happens with the PSPD, but the facts don't match the truth. No drugs means no drug allegations, no drug sentence, no drug diversion classes, and no extra lengthy probation. This enslaves these rape victims for five more years while Lori LaFond tries to violate them, in more ways than one.
Many of these victims are repeatedly raped. Some are young boys that she has raped and infected with her own blood. Yet she still claims, wrongfully, that she works at a place where "workplace violence" could have happened to her. Isn't it convenient that our rapist can then claim to be some kind of victim?
Secondly, cases are horribly overcharged by the PSPD. For example. Christopher Monti was arrested for a "strong armed robbery" for what the police claimed was a beating and a stolen bicycle. There was no victim. Nobody was beaten. Christopher rented the bicycle, and Lori called the police with another made-up story. There were cameras at the scene. The police were so afraid of having a police informant arrested and jailed that they booked him into the Banning jail. What the actual fuck? In addition, Brian LaFond, using a fake ID with information stolen from Christopher's rape in LaJolla, acquired traffic tickets in Christopher's name. He didn't own a car here! Christopher was sentenced to jail for a year and a half for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING MORE THAN A SIMPLE PROBATION CASE! This is overcharged, and the judge should have known it. No firearms. No beating. Furthermore, the only witness to the case, a woman calling herself Mollybondhus online, says, "I am the only witness," proving that there wasn't a victim.
Molly Bond is the name of my pet cat...hus is a reference to my boyfriend, Christopher, as my "husband"...something Lori LaFond just couldn't handle. Mollybondhus is simply a dig at me, a police informant that Lori has ordered killed, infected with HIV, and beaten nearly to death in my friend's home. There are pictures, allegedly, of Lori LaFond holding my cat when she stole her and took her to her lair in the LaPalme Complex. I got arrested for crying while looking for her on the street. What in the actual fuck again???
If you are a cop's kid or related to the police, you get the most outrageous tap on the wrist for violently beating another victim inside of his own home. See Chuck Cheeld and Daniel Chakray. The reason is that the cop's kids have parents who are implanted by Lori. Some cops' relatives drop out of cases without any reason at all. No dismissal, just erased, like Lori is using them to entrap people she doesn't like. See Anthony Dabiere's case, where he is oddly and wrongfully associated with Steven Frey's cases...Lori's family's "drug dealer"; Lori's own words! Steven Frey, Lori claimed on video, is her "family's drug dealer". He went to prison, too.
Still, in other cases, police officers sit outside of homes in private residential neighborhoods waiting for someone to emerge so that they can arrest them for drugs found in their vehicles. THIS HAPPENS WHILE THEY ARE WALKING TO THEIR VEHICLE. THE COP SOMEHOW KNOWS WHERE THE DRUGS ARE TO BE FOUND AND GOES RIGHT TO THEM. NO PROBABLE CAUSE, JUST A CALL FROM LORI LAFOND. This happened to Jonathan Mendenhall. Brian LaFond plants drugs in the back of his truck that Jonathan can't even open, then he's detained while the cop, Officer Nick Andre, goes directly to the truck bed and knows how to open it? Then he finds the drugs in the truck bed, leaving the rest of the contents of the truck untouched. There were boxes upon boxes of stolen items in the back of that truck, but nobody searched those? Is that the way cops do things? He was tipped off by a drug dealer who planted those drugs on Jonathan. It was a complete setup. It always is.
His truck's contents were not searched for one reason. This is where Brian LaFond stored all of his most precious stolen items, and he could not afford to have the police find them. It's a total scam to create a slave for Lori and Brian LaFond.
Lori's rape victims are almost always the very last cases on the docket, flagged for special treatment by the Commissioners. They are left handcuffed and leg-ironed all day in a holding cell while they wait to be called into court. I was arraigned AND SENTENCED in court on the same day!!! When I was returned to my protective custody cell, Lori called ahead to her permanent resident in there to tell everyone that I must have snitched out someone to make it extra dangerous. Lori creates a dangerous situation before, during, and after the arrests of gay men that she has raped.
Someone needs to show that these Commissioners are making rulings during federal stays of matters. They are issuing arrest warrants on restraining orders. They are taking for granted that someone on the phone is a cop when it is actually a drug dealer, and how in the fuck is she calling Chambers and asking for sentences when she's pretending to be a cop. That's illegal if she is a cop or if she isn't. It's completely a sham. Cops don't tell the judges what to sentence people to, and neither to drug dealers. They are literally listening to our rapist put us away because we are a threat to her while we are still private citizens. Wouldn't it be convenient if every rapist could jail their victims with a system like this? Come on, folks, as an expert, I was more than offended by the presumption of guilt and drug activity without a single bit of due process or evidence. It's a rubber stamp sham. There are proffers that aren't ever given for warrants that aren't ever sworn to in person. They can't be, the cops just show up and arrest people without any authority.
Lori Jean LaFond is a lifetime fugitive and telephone terrorist. Someone needs to get these judicial officials and the police investigated for this crime of electronic harassment and blatant discrimination. This girl is sick, I know it. I've known it since I was a child. Her mother knows it. Her sister knows it. Why isn't anyone asking?
