Some Call It "Gang Stalking", I Call It "Cause Stalking" But No Matter What You Name It, It's STALKING!!!

 

During the period between the summer of 1987 until July of 2003 hundreds or maybe thousands of people were following me.  I had no idea why?  It got so bad after my brother in law was killed that I began writing diaries about my experiences with "people following me".  That's what I called it.  I had no idea about "gang stalking" and certainly had experienced it since someone intentionally made me HIV positive.  The stalking started right after I returned to college after nearly dying from the initial infection.
I want you all to know that I was HIV positive without any chance of being HIV positive.  I had no sex and wasn't ever a needle user when the last thing that we checked was to see if I had the AIDS virus.  I wasn't scared, because I knew I hadn't had sex.  Wouldn't you know it?  I was just like a thousand other HIV patients out of the Palm Springs area that was intentionally infected and implanted with a microchip that would help my rapist read my mind.  It was the rapist that set up the stalking, but I had no idea who was behind my rape.  I don't remember it, but I do remember being HIV positive without any chance of surviving the AIDS epidemic.  It changed my entire life.
The truth is that after I was the victim of a drive by shooting on the only night that nobody was following me in 15 years.  It was clearly related to the people that were stalking me, and now shooting to kill.
I knew that the stalking and HIV came from Palm Springs, California.  In my diaries I can remember thinking that whatever these stalkers were doing for someone, they were doing it to the wrong person.  I wasn't a criminal, I was a homosexual.  These people were relentlessly following me, a federal agent at the time, and my co-workers, that were working for the U.S. Department of Justice.  I knew that explaining it would be hard, but nothing could have prepared me for "hearing voices" in my head.  I'd never believed it was possible and would have laughed in your face if you had told me that you suffered from this.  In fact, that was something I did with people who did tell me they were hearing voices.  I would later find out that it was called "microwave hearing" and it was used by the military in Okinawa, Japan, and other military bases.
I had a feeling I knew who was behind the stalking and the shooting, but I had to prove it before I said anything.  I spent my time looking for Jessica, the urban legend that haunted the Palm Springs LGBTQ+ community for years.  I had heard stories about her from the LGBTQ+ communities in Los Angeles, San Diego, and San Francisco.  They apparently knew that she was telling everyone she "worked for the police".  If you ask the police they will tell you otherwise, so who was this horrible homophobic woman and the friends that helped her get away with crime?
Once again, I was pretty sure I knew who was behind this because I knew of only one person who hated me enough to try it...she similarly had problems with this technology in high school and would run around telling everyone what she "knew was going on with them" even though she wasn't a friend of theirs.  In fact, it was the same loudmouth homophobe that set up my father to be arrested when I was 10 years old.  Lori Jean Marie LaFond is her name and boy are prosecutors going to love her!!!
Lori is exactly the type of person to commit this crime because she got kicked off the Marine Corps base for just such behavior with this technology.  I have plenty of friends whose families are military and a few of them squealed about it to me.  Since I am an informant, I don't have to tell anyone who they are.  Lori just has to accept that she doesn't have control over everyone and I know who will tell the truth if asked!!!
I want you all to realize that I was slated to do this VICE TV show before it came out.  Once again, I was helped by a friend named Elliot who used to work for VICE TV.  Thanks, man!  Of course, once Lori heard about the producers calling and talking to me about this project, she got her big fat mouth involved and kept me from being on the show!  True story!
Dr. Terry Robertson, M.D. who is on this show is a colleague of mine with regards to exposing this crime.  We met at Sonoma State University with Dr. John Hall and others to discuss this crime.  In attendance were notables in the fight against microwave weaponry...FBI agents and even people who have been detecting these chips for others.  It was a who's who of electronic harassment whistleblowers with superior educations and experience in the field.  I was so happy that there were others.  In fact, it was Dr. John Hall's symposium and when I was asked to speak the guests were impressed with this project's uniqueness in terms of the victim pool, the AIDS virus, and a girl named "Lisa" that every victim was hearing from at the time.  Her name changes but we know it is still Lori Jean LaFond for certain because all of the information she lies about comes through HER OWN CHIP NUMBER!  Once implanted by the USMC, Lori is better at putting them in as opposed to removing them...she just loves spying on people.
The reason that shows or police have a really tough time getting a good look at "gang stalking" is simple.  I call this "cause stalking" because it is clear to the victims that someone has a problem with them.  A cause.  When you deal with someone like Lori LaFond, you have to realize that everything YOU do, is a reflection of what SHE DOES.  If a victim's life is going well, Lori gets exceedingly jealous and she tries everything to ruin your good thing.  She calls it "making someone disappear", but really it's just her calling her brother in San Diego and telling him to kill Kevin "by Lori's birthday".  Lori's cause is simple.  She has been committing crimes against my family for decades.  She used my family as the "poster family" for this kind of torture.  I have news for her, it's really her own family that she has tortured with this tech and now she's going to be put in jail because of it.   I took what she does and turned it into an advantage for us!  It helps that I know who she really is and her history.
It was a matter of using my Justice Department training along with my work with my friends.  I treat my friends well.  I spend time making their friendships mine.  When it all comes down to it, our friendships are the story, not just Lori's rampage through the legal system to kill gay men.  I have friends from junior high school through my time in Palm Springs and they all get to hear from Lori LaFond at some point telling them to break the law and confront me about her!  What a joke!  This girl is no more a victim of any gay man than she is guilty of being smart!  She just loves to think of gay men as expendable; some women too.
I've got news for her.  She is the expendable one because she does nothing good for anyone but herself and even that is questionable.  She thinks spying on people is a valuable commodity.  She even set up a pyramid scheme to look for donors.  Her "this is where you are, this is where I am" pyramids are legendary and probably were found inside of her shit-hole apartment in Palm Springs, California!!!  It's called a Ponzi scheme and it is all about finding others to contribute to an illegal money-making scheme utilizing stolen military communications equipment.  She'll sell you the microchips and the website if you want to stalk someone, but there is a price to pay for that.  Honestly, it's all about fear, intimidation, threats, extortion, blackmail, soliciting crimes, and thievery coupled with a sexual sadist's need to rape and humiliate.  That's what this is all about in Palm Springs, CA.
Who knows what it is like elsewhere?   We need to talk to victims like they are crime victims and not schizophrenic mental patients.  Brain-computer interfaces are real and starting to take over our lives.  Artificial intelligence gathered by a narcissistic serial killer is what we face in Lori LaFond and her friends.
I actually have a friend that Lori LaFond lied to way back in college.  She recruited him to follow someone and she told my friend that she was law enforcement.   My friend got into a lot of trouble when Lori pulled the rug out from underneath him and told his family that she didn't know anything about what he was doing.  Lori is both the recruiter for the gang stalking and the force behind the voice-to=skull tech that we hear voices on.  So if Lori is behind both, she can call off the stalkers when she wants to or if the victim goes to the police.  Take the night I was shot.  For the first time in decades, nobody was following me and there is a reason for that.  Lori allegedly called for a hit on me while I was a federal agent.  She couldn't have these stalkers all around when it happened so she called them off for the night so it could go down.  Likewise, if a target complains to the police she will discontinue the stalking until the police find nothing, then start back up.  It makes it hard for Dr. Phil to see it on his show, but I can show you what it's like once I get to San Diego, CA.
