You don't know how much I knew this would happen. Every single time that Lori LaFond commits a heinous crime against my family members or me, she skates away with her middle finger up at all of us and acts like she's gotten her revenge. Revenge for what? We've never even let that bitch into our homes. We've never been her friend or foe. We've never really done anything to warrant the kind of intentional case freezing that the LaFond family has shot as us our whole lives. This isn't a conspiracy it is a cover-up for a mentally ill family of degenerates.
I've not seen the kind of aiding and abetting I see now. I've spent many years working in the courtroom and none of what goes on in this horrible situation has ever come up. This is a completely intentional infliction of emotional distress by pretty much everyone who knows the truth, then lies about it to my family members. They have been iced too. Bryan Anderson and Bessie Smith should be ashamed of themselves but they are in good company. The most brutal and ruthless of criminals have been heavily favored against me and my family for absolutely no reason at all.
Cold cases are cases that have run out of leads. My case isn't cold, it is deep frozen on purpose. The police are so involved with Lori Jean Marie LaFond's stolen military "brain link" system that they would rather an innocent man go to Hell than help by following the law. Most police want DNA in their cases, and the PSPD couldn't wait to get rid of it. I've never heard of such horrible policing in my entire career in the law. I've never heard of such unprofessional behavior and I echo the beliefs of Nichol's family, the PSPD threatens their informants after the informants have done all the work for them. It's standard for them. I know other informants...they got screwed. To save yourself from the PSPD, you have to become a criminal. They are the only people they are afraid to arrest. This kind of prejudice towards the favor of drug dealing terrorists is the reason why this crime got so big here in the first place.
That, and the fact that most all the victims are gay men.
Intentional freezing of a reported rape case is unlawful and serves the public no good. It's selfish of every police officer at that department that took the side of their paycheck over the life of a good man. It's not just a horrible feeling, it is a horrible miscarriage of justice. Once again, Lori gives the middle finger to everyone and they just sit there and listen to her again. I feel like the PSPD sent her after me with a person that had the money to save her whenever she got into trouble. It's a shame that my entire family has, once again, felt emotionally and financially. Nobody cared enough to seek justice but me. Fuck even her own uncle didn't have as much trouble after shooting my brother-in-law as I have as a rape victim with absolute proof of the attack. Literally, you can shoot a man to death and have fewer problems than a gay man in Palm Springs, California.
The amount of secret-keeping that goes on is deadly to everyone. There really hasn't been a stitch of police involvement in this whole case. My rape case has nothing to do with electronic harassment on the front of it. Simply a girl that wanted to infect the community came into a home and raped me with her brother. There isn't a bit of this electronic harassment in that part of the crime. Instead of just charging her the way they should have, they simply added all of that to it, then buried the case. She's a monster, always has been. There is no doubt that the things that she has told the PSPD about me would never match what she says in that restraining order. It's not even close.
Dealing with the Riverside County Crime Lab should be the easiest way of getting justice for the crime committed by the PSPD. They spent taxpayer money on a crime lab report that the police chief threw away. You see you can't have two crime lab reports saying two different things from the same lab without causing catastrophic problems for that lab on all of their cases. I'm not just one person, I'm thousands of people. That lab is going to have a serious problem with the way that Chief Bryan Reyes fucked them over. There should not be one single problem with proving that an intelligently prepared crime lab report was discarded for a half-assed cut-and-paste job by the same lab tech. Someone is going to lose their job and someone is going to prison for it.
The Chief of Police is afraid of Lori Jean Marie LaFond; it's that simple.

That restraining order that is full of lies and illegally issued is the very catalyst for the identification of the female and male in my rape case on that crime lab report. The way to the courtroom comes in factual proof. The proof is that Lori lied to everyone on that application and with her affidavits. The crime lab report shows a female and a male suspect. Lori and her brother, Brian. If anyone is interested, the pair then followed me to Arizona where they contacted both of my travel companions, preplanned, and then tried to have drugs put in my car so that Lori could call the police. It didn't happen, but it very well could have.
I really haven't seen or heard from either of those travel companions since that trip. They disappeared. So did my boyfriend. Why?
You see, their participation in the truth isn't there. They did not participate in the truthful discovery of Lori's restraining order violation...they skipped out. It was important and they disappeared. That could very well be the crime that cost us 13 years of exploration into the case of Lori LaFond and her intent to stalk me. Some have suggested that it was also Anthony and Jonathan that set that up too, but I seriously doubt that either of them would have wanted to see them there either. Both Jonathan and Anthony's participation is questionable at the very least. There was a point driving there that I was certain shit was about to happen. That would indicate that both of them knew more than they let on.
Don't know what happened to them afterward but I've heard stories and believe that most of that shit is a lie. Don't really want to focus on them or Christopher any longer. It's up to the courts to figure out their roles and what they did or didn't do. I can't be in control of their behavior when there are too many people telling them what to do. Frankly, after this much time, I really don't expect there to be much going on with me and them in the future. Would you?
What I am looking for is a lawyer that will go to the Riverside Crime Lab and contact the lab tech that was responsible for the case. Let him know what Police Chief Reyes said and that he refused to investigate the results that the crime lab sent to Bryan Anderson. I want them to know that I am aware that they did their job but that the PSPD is making them look bad and putting their lab in jeopardy. There is simply no good reason for the attitude of the PSPD with regard to this rape case. Quite simply, it has lots of repercussions on the federal level because I believe that my shooting while serving as an agent for the US Department of Justice is related to rape. I believe that the male DNA in the Palm Springs case is from the shooter in the San Diego Police Department case while working for the govt. I have years of diaries and possible witnesses that can prove that Brian LaFond was the shooter and was stalking me before and after. Lori has told her own mother things that nobody would have known except for me and the cop that took the report. Lori has claimed responsibility for both to numerous people in the Palm Springs area. This is important. Any lawyer worth a bar card would find that to be beneficial.
I've already seen the crime lab report but wasn't given one. Years later the police chief cleared Lori's path for a restraining order by telling me a lie. She then went on to get a bogus restraining order through Commissioner Best and proceeded to stalk me to Arizona. Jonathan and Anthony have made themselves unavailable and that has cost me a decade and a half of my life. The mere presence of Lori on my vacation is proof that she stalked me there.
The simplest of admissions from Jonathan or Anthony or anyone that was in that home that saw her would put Lori's credibility in question and would show that she is stalking me still. It could help to prove what my diaries said all along. Someone was following me and they had been doing it since college. Lori LaFond has been tattling on me since then. There are witnesses.
That restraining order is important because she is trying to shore up some lies that she knows can possibly be true. It was illegally issued during a federal stay of the matter so there were no hearings allowed in the state court. The state court ruled anyways without any authority. Notices of removal were filed in both courts. This is an automatic removal of all dates pending in Indio. The exact same Comissioner Best, the same one named in the blog he was considering, ruled again in her favor against one of her victims. Then he went even further and issued a warrant for my arrest from the illegal restraining order. Lori LaFond, the one that filed the complaint, stalked me to Arizona in the meantime. There she was arrested several times and she lied about her identity. She posted bail with the help of Missy Erickson and came right back here to terrorize me some more. She never stopped. In fact, she then went on to rob me of $38,000 in an account I held with my mother.
This whole thing could have easily been avoided with one simple word from Marilyn Katzenberg, Benjamin Katzenberg, Jeffrey Katzenberg, or any of the people that were there....they simply walked out of my life and let Lori continue to harass me and my family. Not a word has been said since. I live in constant fear of being killed every single day. Nobody cares.
