The first would be hope! The hope that someday soon we will be able to have these chips removed so that each of you can have a conversation with the people that Lori took from you to explain that she did what she did.
The second is the opportunity to continue to grow and become someone that you can still be. Life isn't over for you if you are reading this. Opportunities for a future can come when people understand what this has been like for you. I want to help people, so you never know what good can come from the end of this crime.
Hope and opportunity are the two things that I didn't see the most of in Palm Springs, California.
I saw your faces. I know you were hungry and afraid. I know she took everything you came to Palm Springs with and left you with nothing. The police took your future by charging you with a crime that was or was not legally investigated. You are still a good person in there. I know it. Keep believing that I can make that happen for you with my team.
