When you look at the rape case that I filed with the Palm Springs Police Department, there are a lot of inconsistencies with how other rape cases that they have handled and how mine was. That, I believe, is because of the rapists and their ability to access the police email system to wreak havoc on the investigation. These rapists also have the ability to talk to the detective in his head using V2K. I could go through all of the inconsistencies here, but there is one that has a whole lot more teeth in it for the PSPD than the others that could be explained by a lack of experience or a missed communication. Still not my fault, but this one is beneficial to a lot of people that have been convicted of rape and other crimes based on findings from the RIverside Crime Lab.
In 2007, the year of my rape, the City of Riverside, not the whole county, had 91 proven rapes, it's much higher when you look at county statistics. How many of those cases were confirmed and got convictions with information provided by the Riverside Crime Lab? I'll bet that many were. But what if you were a defendant that was convicted by the Riverside Crime Lab's results then you found out in my case that the same crime lab issued two separate reports from one set of evidence? That's what Police Chief Bryan Reyes wants me to believe after he showed me the first report. That report was clearly from the lab that had spent time on the bloody clothing submitted. I've seen lab reports in court before, remember, I worked for the District Court. This showing of the report was to set me at ease that there were viable suspects and the Chief of Police even stated to Anthony Dabiere and myself, "Kevin you've been right on the money the whole time, we're gonna get these guys."
The blood inside my body was frozen which is why my body made antibodies and I didn't get Hep C or Tuberculosis, but I tested positive for both. Both tests are for antibodies not virus or bacteria. I had antibodies but not the virus or bacteria, how? This isn't normal. I could only have tested positive for Hep C if I was exposed to virus and bacteria that were alive or dead. If it was from someone else, I would have gotten both and would have had the virus that causes Hep C and the bacteria that causes Tuberculosis. An antibody only response matches the findings of the first report of a female's frozen blood on my bloody clothing. It had to have been inside my body or I wouldn't have been making antibodies for it.
The second report from the same clothing and the same lab is a complete denial of the first. How can that be possible. Same lab, same lab tech, and now he's recounting all the work he did with a simple, "No result". That means there is a problem with the lab tech and the Riverside Crime Lab, the Chief of Police wouldn't lie to me, would he?
This is problematic for a city like Riverside where 91 confirmed rapes happened in the same year that I was raped and got two reports from the same lab and the same clothing. I'll just bet the clothes were only sent to the lab once too. So this lab tech is contradicting himself after spending hundreds of thousands of taxpayer dollars? Hmmm....sounds like a Lori LaFond to me. My team has a copy of the first report too. So there is definitely going to have to be a second report with a no result on it. I've heard that Mrs. LaFond may be helpful with this. Lori says that she has both the real report and a second less lab like report but from the same lab starting on page 2. Hmmm.
Now all of the convictions that are solely based on lab results or that were used in court from that lab are in question. You can't give two reports on the same evidence...it's not legal. It's also a reason for convictions to be overturned or questioned in a second trial but only 2007 and afterwards. So there are going to be a whole lot of rapists, thousands of them, with defense attorneys that are going to be able to use these two reports as evidence of lab tampering unless of course the Police Chief finds that his second report didn't come from the lab. It must have come from someone that had access to that report, like someone hacking their email system, who got the original and spent time changing it to look the way she wanted.
So it's either the lab or the Chief. There really is only one other explanation. The lab, the chief, or the rapist because who else would have any interest in doing this? Lori says she only knows Bryan Anderson in her restraining order, but my team knows that is a lie. He's not the only cop she knows by far. She knows passwords and emails and all kinds of ways of making herself look better even though the report doesn't name her. Odd huh?
This is also the same kind of thing that happened at the Emergency room only there, the doctors couldn't see the MRI's so Lori had them removed before the ER doctor could look at them. You know the lab tech did his job in radiology because I've posted them so somewhere between radiology and the emergency room, someone took those MRI's. We know who. So we've seen this before in Palm Springs in cases that involve Lori LaFond. Now this is how she does this shit.
So sacrifice the lab's reputation or soil the police department's cover up or arrest Lori LaFond or at least take her in for questioning and blood draws.
