I'm hoping I can write the way I did the other night when posted Part 1. Some days are easier to write than others. LOL.
Okay, when we last left off, Lori Jean LaFond had been stalking military kids at school and using military kids to stalk the civilian kids. What I mean by this is that she, at a very early age, got tired of people just doing what they wanted with their own friends. Since her father was the person that was in charge of personnel on the military base in 29 Palms linked into this system, she began feeling like she was "in charge of them"...so she started to tell people, even the kids of officers that outranked her father, that "my dad is in charge of you." That wasn't the case at all. It was all about her perception of being "in control" over people's thinking that broke her personality into pieces.
Sure this system was fine for locating a kidnapped military person, but what Lori's father soon learned is that his daughter wasn't mature enough to be able to know what they were thinking without getting involved with them. This also did not give her control over civilian kids and their families either...which was probably about 1/3 of the kids in junior high or high school. I was the son of a popular teacher and my sister was a blonde pretty mega-athlete; Lori's favorite kind of sexual fantasy. My sister and I used to play volleyball and basketball on the base as civilians, and sometimes she worked as a lifeguard there as well. Lori's father had something to do with the pools on base. It was then that Lori first reared her immature mental disease. This involves Bryan Anderson, his then girlfriend, and my sister. Bryan and his girlfriend's father way outranked Lori's dad. Lori, on the other hand, had the advantage of knowing Bryan and DeAnne were implanted so she thought she was in charge of them. Not the case. No matter what this system does it does not rearrange the rank and file system.
Mentally, Lori is a child...still the same child she was about age 11, though the signs were there from an even earlier age. I do remember that she thought her father was General on that base...DEFINITELY NOT THE CASE. In fact, it was Lori's theft of this system that caused her father to be rank locked for the rest of his career in the U.S. Marine Corp. Nevertheless, her problems as a child, allowed her to have to spend more of her time with her father than usual. This is probably why she didn't attend school all that often. Literally, when she says, "I went to school with him," she means, he went to school and Lori stopped by sometimes to cause problems. You have to understand that in our military town, this system gave her access to hundreds of military families and their kids. Those kids were friends with the civilian kids so she could used military kids to unknowingly spy on the civilian kids.
I should also explain something here. Her father once explained to Lori that this system was for military families...which she narrowed down to "families". For Lori there are all kinds of families that she simplifies into one big family because she recalls her father's definition of who was on this system. For example, law enforcement is often referred to as "police family". There are all kinds of families. Police families, firefighter families, biological families, gay families, and so forth. When she knows that ONLY military families should be on this system, she likes to blame her father by saying, "These are my families." The truth is that she doesn't really belong to any of them. She constantly refers to Jeffrey as her father and Missy Erickson as her mother...but on court documents she identifies who her real mother and father are, as well as her sister. What you don't see is Lori identifying her other brothers and sister in that case...this is because Lori has spent years and years framing her own sister, Jacquie LaFond-Palmer, pretending to be her father's military personal assistant. That way if Lori was suspected, she could turn in her own sister for stashing away the money she stole from people.
Since Lori is a female, she likes to pretend that she is the sister of the gay man that she has raped and implanted. She's done this many times. The reason is basic. She has stolen about 35 years of my father's yearbooks. As a teacher he keeps these for reunions so that he knows who is going to be in attendance. He was a very very popular teacher and was voted favorite teacher many times. The reunion committees always call him to come to their reunions so that they can all see him again. When Lori was trying to frame my father for molesting an implanted military kid from some family that was part of this military system, she broke into our garage, across the street from her Aunt Sharon, and took his yearbook collection. This would give Lori the names of military dependents that attended our high school for 35 years. This would well cover the kids that were implanted. So Lori uses yearbooks to track down military people and she tries to get them to attend so she can suck information out of them that can help her commit this crime. You see once Lori hijacked this system and the computers from her father, the base stopped using this system. Lori then would take the military names assigned to this program and she would call Camp Pendleton to have them put back on...the names were all they had, the serial numbers of new chips would then be associated with a military family even though the person who had the chip inside of them was civilian. For instance, my friend Tom Shiley, was military and implanted, but his father took him off this system.
Lori would pretend that she was her father's secretary and that Tom had contacted her to put him back on the system. Unbeknownst to the military, the chip number she was using was inside my body not Tom's. Tom probably still has a chip inside of him, the original chip, but he's not on this system. Instead, she tells personnel at Camp Pendleton that "Tom Shiley" now wants back on this system, and his chip number corresponds with the chip she raped and implanted me with. In short, all the cops implanted with chips are actually military family member's names in their computer logs. Chief Reyes, is probably, one of my friends from high school as far as the military is concerned.
So the military thinks they are monitoring one of their own, but they are really spying on a civilian. Tom is one person, I am one person, but his original chip is still inside him and I have the one Lori stole from her father and raped me with.
